The aim of P. is to increase the level of participation of children in pre-school education and to improve its quality in the Municipality of Firlej (GF), by creating 20 new places of upbringing of kindergartens.(MWP) for children (DZ) aged 3-4 years and to cover 60 DZ (32d and 28th) with an extended offer of activities that compensate for deficits and increase the social competence in the PLO in Firlej in the period to 30.10.2022. P. assumes increasing access to pre-school education, as well as extending and increasing the level and quality of the educational offer provided (Project Type 1 and 2).The result of the intervention will be: the creation of 20 new MWP and the improvement of the quality of the educational offer. through the organisation of classes for 60 DZ, which will translate into increasing the chances of education. DZ. attending kindergarten. Thanks to the implementation of the training, 3N competences/skills will be increased to work with children of preschool age, in particular with children with special educational needs. Group docelowa:60DZ.w of preschool age.; their R/O; 3N.Employed in the PLO. Tasks in P.: 1. Creation of new pre-school places for children, 2. Extension of the offer of eduk.o classes realised in order to compensate.deficiencies and additional activities that will allow to increase the competence of the community, 3. The improvement of skills, competences/qualifications of N. P. will be carried out taking into account the provisions concerning safe and hygienic working conditions in accordance with the Regulation. Celem P. jest podwyższenie poziomu uczestn. dzieci w eduk. przedszk. oraz podniesienie jej jakości w Gminie Firlej(GF), poprzez utworzenie 20 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkol.(MWP) dla dzieci (DZ.) w wieku 3-4 lat oraz objęcie 60 DZ (32dz. i 28ch.) rozszerzoną ofertą zajęć wyrównujących.stwierdzone deficyty oraz zwiększających kompet. społ. w OWP w Firleju w okresie do 30.10.2022r. P. zakłada zwiększenie dostępu do edukacji przedszkolnej, a także rozszerzenie i podniesienie poziomu oraz jakości świadczonej oferty edukacyjnej (Typ projektów 1 i 2).Bezpośr. rezultatem interwencji będzie: powstanie 20 nowych MWP oraz podniesienie jakości oferty eduk. poprzez organizację zajęć dla 60 DZ., co przełoży.się na zwiększenie szans eduk. DZ. uczestn. w wych.przedszkol. Dzięki realizacji szkoleń nastąpi zwiększenie kompetencji/umiejętności 3N do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym, w tym w szczególności z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami eduk. Grupa docelowa:60DZ.w wieku przedszkoln.; ich R/O; 3N.zatrudn. w OWP. Zadania w P.: 1. Utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dla dzieci, 2. Rozszerzenie oferty eduk.o zajęcia realiz. w celu wyrównania.stwierdzonych deficytów oraz dodatkowe zajęcia, które pozwolą na zwiększenie kompet. społ., 3. Doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji/kwalifikacji N. P. będzie realizowany z uwzględnieniem przepisów dot. bezpiecznych i higienicznych warunków pracy zgodnie z Rozporządz. MENiS z dnia 31 grudnia 2002 r.ws. bezpieczeństwa i higieny w publicznych i niepublicznych szkołach i placówkach (Dz.U. z 2003 r., Nr 6, poz.69, z późn.zm.). (Polish)
