Thermomodernisation for residents of Bierzwnik Municipality
Property / summary

The project involves the implementation of an investment project in the field of energy modernisation of single-family buildings with the replacement of heat sources based on coal combustion with new sources of heat generation complying with the standards resulting from Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1189 of 28 April 2015 implementing Directives 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ecodesign requirements for solid fuel boilers (coal boilers). It is planned to implement support for residents of Bierzwnik in the process of improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings. Material scope of the project: energy modernisation of single-family buildings together with replacement of heat source for less emission. The applicant plans to undergo a full thermal modernisation of 25 buildings, a partial 25. There is no gas and heating system in the municipality of Bierzwnik. In view of the above, the new way of supplying residential buildings with heat will mainly be based on heating: electric, oil, renewable energy sources, low-emission solid fuels. The project is addressed to 50 recipients. It will be implemented in two stages, divided into the years 2022-2023, in the first year 10 grants for partial thermomodernisation, and 10 grants for full thermomodernisation, in 2023-15 grants for partial thermomodernisation, and 15 grants for full thermomodernisation. In addition, the applicant assumes to commission 60 energy audits. The project is stationary. The services of the beneficiaries will be provided by the Office of the Municipality of Bierzwnik. The applicant will provide human resources (a team of the Bierzwnik Municipality Office) and knowledge (own experience in the implementation of projects) to guarantee the efficient implementation of the project. (Polish)
