The subject of the project is the implementation of electronic medical documentation and electronic public services in ZOZ Kłobuck. The project covers the purchase of software (e.g. e-services, EDM, operating and virtualisation system and backup software), hardware (servers, matrix, UPS, switches, backup device) and implementation and training of personnel. The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility to high-quality public e-services in the area of health care team in Kłobuck (hereinafter referred to as ZOZ Kłobuck). The axis of the project and its main beneficiary will be the patient. As a result of the project, the availability of electronic medical data will be improved by creating an IT system enabling the storage, processing and sharing of medical data in electronic form. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej oraz elektronicznych usług publicznych w ZOZ Kłobuck. Projekt obejmuje zakup oprogramowania (m.in. e-usługi, EDM, system operacyjny i wirtualizacyjny oraz oprogramowanie do backupu), sprzętu (serwery, macierz, UPS, przełączniki, urządzenie do backupu) oraz prace wdrożeniowe i szkolenia personelu. Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności do wysokiej jakości e-usług publicznych w obszarze zdrowia Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Kłobucku (dalej ZOZ Kłobuck). Osią projektu i jego głównym beneficjentem będzie pacjent. W wyniku realizacji projektu poprawi się dostępność do elektronicznych danych medycznych poprzez stworzenie systemu informatycznego pozwalającego na składowanie, przetwarzanie i udostępnianie danych medycznych w postaci elektronicznej.
