The project will be implemented in the area of Zielona Góra (Earth) and Zielona Góra (Grodzki) in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022. The main objective of the project is to activate the unemployed persons over the age of 30, registered in the PUP in Zielona Góra (and Filiach PUP) as unemployed, in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. older people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed people and people with low qualifications. It is assumed to cover a total of 143 unemployed people, including 72 women. Identification of the needs of participants will be carried out by applying Individual Action Plans to all participants. The project includes placement and career guidance services for all beneficiaries and forms of support such as traineeships (68 persons), training (9 persons), one-off funds for starting a business (50 people), reimbursement of the employer for equipment costs or retrofitting of a workplace (16 people). Projekt realizowany będzie na obszarze powiatu zielonogórskiego (ziemski) oraz m. Zielona Góra (grodzki) w okresie od 01.01.2022 r. do 31.12.2022 r. Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa os. bezrobotnych powyżej 30 roku życia, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Zielonej Górze (oraz Filiach PUP) jako bezrobotne, znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osób starszych w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, os. długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz os. o niskich kwalifikacjach. Zakłada się objęcie wsparciem ogółem 143 os. bezrobotnych, w tym 72 kobiety. Identyfikacja potrzeb uczestników nastąpi poprzez zastosowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania w stosunku do wszystkich uczestników. W ramach projektu przewidziano usługi pośrednictwa pracy i poradnictwa zawodowego, którymi objęci będą wszyscy beneficjenci oraz takie formy wsparcia jak staże (68 osób), szkolenia (9 osób), jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (50 osób), refundacja pracodawcy kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy (16 osób).
