Construction of a pedestrian-bike route along voivodship road no. 279 in the town of Leśniów Wielki and modernisation of road lighting in the municipality of Zabór
Property / summary

The subject of this study is an action implemented by the Municipality of Czerwieńsk as part of a partnership project, implemented jointly with the Municipality of Zabor. The action concerns the creation of a bicycle path as part of the construction of a pedestrian-bike route along the provincial road No. 279 in the town of Leśniów Wielki using the ZRID procedure. While the activity of the Municipality of Zabor as part of the partnership project concerns the modernisation of street lighting in the Municipality of Zabór. The operation of the Municipality of Czerwieńsk includes the construction of 4 sections of the walking and cycling route in Leśniów Wielki (Gmina Czerwieńsk, Zielonogórski District, Woj. Lubuskie) — with a total length of approx. 1 635 m, width 3 m. with accompanying infrastructure. This cycle path leads along Voivodeship Road No. 279 on 4 different sections connecting existing sections of bicycle paths in the Czerwieńsk Commune and in the Municipality of Czerwieńsk and neighbouring municipalities. The operation of the Municipality of Zabór includes the modernisation of street lighting in the Zabór Commune. The project includes the replacement of 605 mercury and sodium fixtures “point-per-point” for LED energy-saving luminaires. Of the 605 luminaires to be replaced, 412 luminaires are located on the network of ENEA S.A. Group Companies and 193 luminaires on the separate assets of the Municipality of Zabor. The municipality of Zabór has a lease agreement for the lighting equipment of the Enea Group — for the period of implementation and durability of the project. In addition, the project will replace control clocks in 33 lighting cabinets with astronomical clocks, which will provide remote control over the GSM network. The main objective of the project is to reduce pollutant emissions from the transport sector by developing bicycle infrastructure and reducing low pollutant emissions from the street lighting sector through the development of lighting infrastructure in the functional urban area of Zielona Góra.
