The project provides for the thermomodernisation of the building of the School-Preschool Complex — Public Kindergarten in Lyski branch in Sumino (heating of the roof, insulation of the roof, warming of the walls, replacement of the external window joinery) along with the exchange of heat source with gas tank and c.o. installations. As a result of the investment: —Energy efficiency improvement will be 84.49 %, -The rate of reduction of CO2 discharged into the atmosphere will be 89.10 %, -The reduction rate of PM10 emissions will be 99.75 %. The project concerns two types of projects authorised under Measure 4.3 of the ROP: —energy modernisation of public utility buildings and multi-family residential buildings, — elimination of “low emissions” by replacing/modernising individual heat sources or connecting buildings to network heat carriers. Projekt przewiduje termomodernizację budynku Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego - Przedszkola Publicznego w Lyskach oddział w Suminie (ocieplenie stropodachu, izolacja dachu, ocieplenia ścian, wymiana zewnętrznej stolarki okiennej) wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła na gazowe wraz ze zbiornikiem gazu oraz instalacjami c.o. Ponadto, zaplanowano wymianę dachu, wymianę stolarki drzwiowej, roboty instalacyjne oraz zagospodarowanie terenu. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji: -Stopień poprawy efektywności energetycznej wyniesie 84,49%, -Stopień redukcji CO2 odprowadzanego do atmosfery wyniesie 89,10%, -Stopień redukcji emisji pyłu PM10 wyniesie 99,75%. Projekt dotyczy dwóch typów projektów dopuszczonych w ramach działania 4.3 RPO: -modernizacja energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej oraz wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych, -likwidacja „niskiej emisji” poprzez wymianę/modernizację indywidualnych źródeł ciepła lub podłączanie budynków do sieciowych nośników ciepła.
