The project is addressed to 86 people(47K,39M)-4gr.target:1) Candidates on RZniezawodowe os.(4K,2M),2)persons exercising the care of zast.20os(14K,6M)including 1os.prow.RDD,9RZzawod,10non-professional3)children and adolescents placed in the care of zast.50os(25J.25ch), the aim of the project is to support the process of deinstitution.through the development of family forms of care of replacements.-education of new candidates for RZN and excellent.competence of persons carrying out the care of replacements, which will contribute to the creation of new, permanent places for the provision of services.The aim of the activities of the director is to strengthen their competence. equipping with new forms and methods of working with the child,maintaining in readiness to perform the function of RZI counteracting the burnout profession.PZ’s pupils will require broad and intense psychoeducational interactions based on negligence suffered in biological families.The important aspect will be the inclusion of pupils in volunteering activities. integration with other volunteers, showing new peer patterns and ideals, thereby preventing demoralisation and duplication of bad patterns acquired in the birth.biologicz.It is also planned to cooperate with the family biologicz.children from care in order to support their efforts to rebuild bonds and return children.The aim of activities for the independent.education.is to strengthen their social competence and equip them with skills, knowledge, which will help in the functioning of the labour market and contribute to the proper conduct of the process of independence.The planned activities serve the development of family care of replacements, strengthen the parents of replacements, reduce the risk of their resignation from the function ofRZ, and thus place children in the institution. Projekt skierowany jest do86 osób(47K,39M)-4gr.docel:1)kandydaci naRZniezawodowe os.(4K,2M),2)osoby sprawujące pieczę zast.20os(14K,6M)w tym 1os.prow.RDD,9RZzawod,10niezawodowych3)dzieci i młodzież pow.6r.ż.umieszczona w pieczy zast.50os(25dz.25ch),4)usamodzielniani wychowankowie 10os(4K,6M).Celem proj.jest wsparcie procesu deinstytucjo.poprzez rozwój rodzinnych form pieczy zast.-kształcenie nowych kandydatów na RZniezawodowe i doskonal.kompetencji osób sprawujących pieczę zast,co wpłynie na stworzenie nowych,trwałych miejsc świadczenia usł.społ.Celem działań kierow.do RZ jest wzmocnienie ich kompet.społ.i wychowawcz.,wyposażenie w nowe formy i metody pracy z dzieckiem,podtrzymanie w gotowości do sprawowania funkcji RZi przeciwdziałanie wypaleniu zawod.Wychowankowie PZ wymagą szerokich i intensywnych oddziaływań psychoedukacyjnych ze wzg.na zaniedbania,których doznały w rodzinach biologicznych.Ważnym aspektem będzie włączenie wychowanków w działania wolont.,integracja z innymi wolontariuszami,pokazanie nowych wzorców rówieśniczych i ideałów,a tym samym zapobieganie demoralizacji i powielaniu złych wzorców nabytych w rodz.biologicz.Zaplanowano również współpracę z rodzinę biologicz.dzieci z pieczy w celu wspierania ich dążeń do odbudowy więzi i ew.powrotu dzieci.Celem działań dla usamodzielni.wychowan.jest wzmocnienie ich kompetencji społ. i wyposażenie w umiejętnośi,wiedzę,które pomogą w funkcjonowaniu na rynku pracy i przyczynią się do prawidłowego prowadzenia procesu usamodzielnienia.Zaplanowane działania służą rozwojowi rodzinnej pieczy zast,wzmocnieniu rodziców zast,zmniejszenia ryzyka ich rezygnacji z pełnienia funkcjiRZ,a tym samym umieszcz.dzieci w instytucj.pieczy zast.
