The essence of the project I propose is to shift the workload to the digital sphere and carry them out on a “digital twin”. “Digital twin” is a term defining in a digital survey a representation of the field situation, depicting the shape of the terrain, allowing to identify its artificial elements (buildings, infrastructure) to prepare all required studies on a computer, without the need for the physical presence of measurement teams in the area of interest. This form of work, both through broad digitisation and a high technological level, would allow for a significant resilience to future crises, regardless of their nature. It would make it possible to ensure the continuity of work and processes in the company, as well as the introduction of new products and services, which is part of the priority axis ‘Resilient and healthy economy of the future’. The products whose purchase will allow me to implement the described solution will be: The Unmanned Flying Ship (BSL), the so-called Unmanned Flying Ship (BSL) “dron” equipped with a laser scanner (so-called lidar) and an RGB camera allowing to create three-dimensional models based on “diagonal images”. The set will also include software compatible with the said device, enabling the processing of the resulting data; — A GNSS receiver used for the installation of measuring warp points constituting the georeference of the raid. — Laptop computers — two powerful computers enabling remote work on the software that is the subject of the contract, allowing the processing of data obtained as a result of raids. — Pick-up off-road vehicle — a vehicle classified as ‘742’, which has a permanently separated built-in cargo space suitable for the transport of the devices which are the object of the project on areas with limited mobility. A detailed description of the material scope is provided in the “Business Plan” and the “Project Property and Financial Schedule”. (English)

    Istotą proponowanego przeze mnie projektu jest przeniesienie ciężaru prac do sfery cyfrowej i przeprowadzanie ich na „cyfrowym bliźniaku”. „Cyfrowy bliźniak” to pojęcie określające w geodezji cyfrową reprezentację sytuacji terenowej, obrazującą kształt terenu, pozwalającą identyfikować jego sztuczne elementy (budynki, infrastrukturę) sporządzać wszelkie wymagane opracowania na komputerze, bez konieczności fizycznej obecności zespołów pomiarowych na obszarze zainteresowania. Taka forma pracy, zarówno poprzez szeroką digitalizację jak i wysoki poziom technologiczny pozwoliłaby znacznie uodpornić się na przyszłe kryzysy niezależnie od ich natury. Umożliwiłaby zapewnienie ciągłości pracy i procesów zachodzących w przedsiębiorstwie, a także wprowadzenie nowych produktów i usług, co wpisuje się w założenia osi priorytetowej „Odporna i zdrowa gospodarka przyszłości”. Produktami których zakup pozwoli mi wdrożyć opisywane rozwiązanie będą: - Bezzałogowy statek latający (BSL), tzw. „dron” wyposażony w skaner laserowy (tzw. lidar) oraz kamerę RGB umożliwiającą tworzenie modeli trójwymiarowych na podstawie „zdjęć ukośnych”. W skład zestawu wejdzie również oprogramowanie kompatybilne ze wspomnianym urządzeniem, umożliwiające przetwarzanie danych wynikowych; - Odbiornik GNSS służący do zakładania punktów osnowy pomiarowej stanowiących georeferencję nalotu. - Komputery typu laptop – dwa wydajne komputery umożliwiające pracę zdalną na oprogramowaniu będącym przedmiotem zamówienia, pozwalając na przetwarzanie pozyskanych w wyniku nalotów danych. - Samochód terenowy typu „pick up”- pojazd o klasyfikacji KŚT „742”, posiadający trwale oddzieloną zabudowaną przestrzeń ładunkową przystosowaną do przewozu urządzeń stanowiących przedmiot projektu po terenach o ograniczonej przejezdności. Szczegółowy opis zakresu rzeczowego znajduje się "Biznesplanie" oraz "Harmonogramie Rzeczowo Finansowym Realizacji Projektu". (Polish)
