The aim of the project is to increase the employment of 88 people who are unemployed and to improve the professional situation of 22 people working in the area of implementation of the ITI mechanism, over the age of 30, through the implementation of comprehensive solutions in the field of professional activation. The support is implemented in the form of comprehensive solutions in the field of professional activation based on in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of participants/cheeks (individualisation of support). The result of the goal will be to gain qualifications and competences in the field of professional skills confirmed by the exam, gain professional experience, facilitate entry into the labour market. The trained participants/partners of the project will benefit employers from the implementation of the ITI mechanism. OBJECTIVES: • Increase of the professional and social competences of the participants/projects through advisory support • Acquisition of professional qualifications through participation in vocational courses/trainings, • Acquisition of practical skills to practice the profession by participating in apprenticeships • Employment ACTIVITIES: • Individual diagnosis of training needs and opportunities for professional development — Development of Individual Action Plans, • Implementation of psychological and advisory support through individual consultations and group workshops, • Implementation of trainings and courses leading to the acquisition of professional qualifications or competences/professional skills according to the individual needs of the participants, culminating in an examination and obtaining a certificate/certificate • Implementation of 3-6 monthly internships in a real working environment. RESULTS: • Individual Action Plans • certificates and certificates confirming the acquisition of qualifications, competences • internship contracts • contracts confirming employment. The project assumes a 10 % professional performance ratio and 44.3 %/60.4 % employment efficiency index depending on individuals in a given type of target group. (English)

    Celem projektu jest wzrost zatrudnienia 88 osób pozostających bez pracy oraz poprawa sytuacji zawodowej 22 osób pracujących z obszaru realizacji mechanizmu ZIT, w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowych rozwiązań w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej. Wsparcie realizowane jest w postaci kompleksowych rozwiązań w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych uczestników/czek (indywidualizacja wsparcia). Efektem realizacji celu będzie zdobycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji w obszarze umiejętności zawodowych potwierdzonych egzaminem, zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego, ułatwienie wejścia na rynek pracy. Przeszkoleni/e uczestnicy/czki projektu będą korzyścią dla pracodawców z obszaru realizacji mechanizmu ZIT. CELE: • Wzrost kompetencji zawodowo-społecznych uczestników/ek projektu poprzez wsparcie doradcze • Nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez udział w kursach/szkoleniach o charakterze zawodowym, • Zdobycie praktycznych umiejętności wykonywania zawodu przez poprzez udział w stażach zawodowych • Podjęcie zatrudnienia DZIAŁANIA: • Indywidualna diagnoza potrzeb szkoleniowych i możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego – Opracowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania, • Realizacja wsparcia psychologiczno-doradczego poprzez konsultacje indywidualne oraz warsztaty grupowe, • Realizacja szkoleń i kursów prowadzących do nabycia kwalifikacji zawodowych lub kompetencji / umiejętności zawodowych zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami uczestników, zakończonych egzaminem i uzyskaniem certyfikatu / zaświadczenia • Realizacja 3-6 miesięcznych staży w rzeczywistym środowisku pracy. REZULTATY: • Indywidualne Plany Działania • zaświadczenia i certyfikaty potwierdzające zdobycie kwalifikacji, kompetencji • umowy stażowe • umowy potwierdzające podjęcie zatrudnienia.
