The project aims to activate the profession and the community is to exclude the community from Radom’s ter. reg. (Radom, counties: Radomski, grójec, consent, Szydłowiec, Kozienic, Białystok, Leipzig, sususk). For each participation of the project (UP), specify the individual path of reintegrating (IME), with each UP, form a contract on the model of a social contract (addition No. 1) on the basis of individual needs and predisposes UP. As part of a proposal for training and counselling, work aimed at acquiring the qualification of the profession and competence in the labour market. We offer courses: floristry, Bouqueting with cash register support, chef, Photoshop computer graphics, manager graphics. Courses will be conducted stationary or remote depending on the needs and epidemiological situation. Kim in addition to obtaining new competency. and qualifying. profession. oost. supported psychologist., legal, professional advisors. (depending on the needs), who will help to deal with trauma and family trial, psychologist blockades, etc., will indicate the path of support. Add to zost. zorg. workshops com. and interpersonal communication. — depending on the deficits and needs of the PCA, specify within the IME. Up zost the scholarship of the school and reimbursement of the cost of commuting on the rules. Up will be obliged to provide a document confirming the effective employment. up to 4 weeks after the end of participation in the project and to inform about the employees of up to 3 mca follow the day in which the participation in the project will have to be completed. Project implements in partnerships with sects of privat and social (inside mayr no. 3). The project is included in the Investment Plan for the Radomsk subr “Improving the capacity to employ persons who are unprofessional” p. 1 (crit. mer. pi. no. 4) and in the Progr of the Revitalisation of the City of Radom under the same title, p. Proj ma na cel aktywiz zawod i społ os. zagroż wyklucz społ. z ter. reg. radomskiego (Radom, powiaty: radomski, grójec, zwoleń, szydłowiec, kozienic, białobrzes, lipski, przysusk). Dla każd uczest projektu (UP) zost określ indywid ścieżka reintegrac (IŚR), z każdym UP zost. zaw umowa na wzór kontrakt socjaln (kryt dost. nr 1) na podst. indywid. diagn potrzeb i predyspoz UP. W ram proj. zost przepr. szkolenia i specjal. poradnict, pośr pracy mające na celu nabyc kwalifikacji zawod i kompetenc społ przydatn na rynku pracy. Oferujemy kursy: florystyka, bukieciarstwo z obsługą kasy fisk, kucharz, grafika komputerowa Photoshop, grafika menedżerska. Kursy będą przeprowadzane stacjonarnie lub zdalnie w zależności od potrzeb i sytuacji epidemiologicznej. KiM oprócz uzysk nowych kompetenc. i kwalifikac. zawod. zost. objęci wsparc psycholog., prawnym, doradcy zawod. (w zależn. od potrzeb), którzy pomog uporać się z traum i probl rodzinn, blokad psycholog itp., wskażą ścieżkę wsparc. Dodatk zost. zorg. warszt kompet. społ. oraz komunik interpersonaln. - w zależn. od deficytów i potrzeb UP określ. w ramach IŚR.
