MAIN OBJECTIVE: Social reintegration 60 pers. (min. 33 K) passive professions at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Radom subregion, including min. 12 OzN, through implementation in the period 01.02.2021-28.02.2022 for each UP of the path of reintegration including the social-professional activation programme adapting to the individual needs of the UP includes, among others, psychological support, legal support, competence training and social skills, professional counselling, school and occupation internships, employment mediation. TARGET GROUP: It’s 60 people. (min. 33 K) the risk of poverty or the exclusion of the community who are persons benefiting from the assistance of the community in accordance with the Act of 12.03.2004 on social assistance or qualifying to support social assistance, including at least 12 people (min. 7K) with disabilities living in accordance with the Central Committee in the Mazowieckie voivodship of the Radom subregion, i.e. the districts of Białobrzeg, Kozienicki, Leipzig, Przysuski, m.Radom, Radom, Szdłowiecki, Zwoleński. Min. 10 % of UP, i.e. min. 6 pers. are residents of areas covered by local revitalisation programmes in the Radom subregion. ACTIVITIES: Socio-occupational reintegration activities under the adapted reintegration path foreseen for each of the 60 persons under the project will be provided in a comprehensive and individualised manner. They will contribute to restoring the employability of the PU. EFFECTS: As a result of the project, the main indicators will be achieved, including: — social efficiency of 34 % for OzN and for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, — employment efficiency: at 12 % for OzN, (b) at 25 % for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. GRUPA DOCELOWA: 60 os. (min. 33 K) zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ., będących os. korzystaj. ze świadcz. z pomocy społ. zg.z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ. lub kwalifikuj. się do objęcia wspar. pomocy społ., w tym min. 12 osób (min. 7K) z niepełnosprawnościami zamieszkujących zg. z KC na obszarze woj. mazowieckiego podregion radomski, tj. powiaty białobrzeski, kozienicki, lipski, przysuski, m.Radom, radomski, szydłowiecki, zwoleński. Min. 10% UP, tj. min. 6 os. to mieszkańcy obszarów objętych lokalnymi programami rewitalizacji w podregionie radomskim. DZIAŁANIA: Działania reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej w ramach dostosowanej ścieżki reintegracji przewidziane dla każdej z 60 osób w ramach proj. udzielane będą w sposób kompleksowy i zindywidualizowany. Przyczynią się do przywrócenia zdolności do zatrudnienia UP. EFEKTY: W wyniku projektu zostaną osiągnięte gł. wskaźniki, m.in.: - efektywności społecznej na poziomie 34% w odniesieniu do OzN oraz w odniesieniu do pozostałych os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, - efektywności zatrudnieniowej: a) na poziomie 12% w odniesieniu do OzN, b) na poziomie 25% w odniesieniu do pozostałych os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym.
