The main objective of the project is to facilitate the return to professional activity of 30 people (28K, 2M) providing care for children up to 3 years by establishing and operating 30 places of care in the nursery in the Goworowo Commune in the period 1.03.2021-31.08.2023. The main objective will be achieved by achieving the following objectives in detail: 1. Facilities of the nursery, in which 30 places of care for dz. up to 3 years will be available in the period 1.03.2021-30.11.2021; 2. The current functioning of the 30 places of care created in the period 1.12.2021-31.08.2023. The target group of the project consists of people living, working or learning in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, including: unemployed or inactive persons who are out of the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or are on parental leave (in reason). KP) — 9 persons (9K); B) persons working, caring for children up to the age of 3-21 persons (19K, 2M) Measurable effects of the project will be expressed by the following indicators: — the number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break related to the birth/education of a child or have maintained employment after leaving the program — 15 per., — the number of people who are unemployed, who have found a job or looking for a job after leaving the program — 6 persons, — the number of childcare places created up to 3 years functioning after the end of the program — 30 pcs. Celem głównym projektu jest ułatwienie powrotu do aktywności zawodowej 30 osób (28K, 2M) sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie i funkcjonowanie 30 miejsc opieki w żłobku na terenie Gminy Goworowo w okresie 1.03.2021-31.08.2023 r. Założenia projektu zakładają realizację typu operacji nr 1. Cel gł. zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących celów szczegół.: 1. Wyposażenie żłobka, w kt. dostępne będą 30 miejsca opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w okresie 1.03.2021-30.11.2021 r.; 2. Bieżące funkcjonowanie utworzonych 30 miejsc opieki w okresie 1.12.2021-31.08.2023 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią osoby zamieszkujące, pracujące lub uczące się na terenie woj. mazowieckiego, w tym: a) osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym osoby które, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopie wychowawczym (w rozum. KP) - 9 osób (9K); b) osoby pracujące, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 – 21 osób (19K, 2M) Mierzalne efekty realizacji projektu zostaną wyrażone następującymi wskaźnikami: - liczbą osób, kt. powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie po opuszczeniu programu - 15 os., - liczbą osób pozostających bez pracy, kt. znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 6 os., - liczbą utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 funkcjonujących po zakończeniu programu - 30 szt.
