The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk on the labour market and to protect existing jobs in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak in the district of Węgrów. The target group of the project is a total of 139 people (59 women, 80 men) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Węgrów, including: 1. people aged 50 years and over — 20 people (3 women, 17 men); 2. persons with disabilities 3 persons (0 women, 3 men); 3. long-term unemployed — 29 people (13 women, 16 men); 4. low-skilled people — 99 people (28 women and 71 men); 5 women — 59. From this group, 53 people will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off funds for starting a business (after the use of labour market services). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Hungary will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Węgrów. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. This project is in line with the notification sheet of the PUP project, which is the basis for including the project in the list of projects identified under the non-competition procedure. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej zidentyfikowanych jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19 w powiecie węgrowskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 139 osób (59 kobiet, 80 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie węgrowskim, w tym: 1. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 20 osób (3 kobiety, 17 mężczyzn); 2. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami 3 osoby ( 0 kobiet, 3 mężczyzn); 3. osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 29 osób (13 kobiet, 16 mężczyzn); 4. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych – 99 osób (28 kobiety i 71 mężczyzn); 5. kobiet – 59. Z grupy tej 53 osoby otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika (IPD). Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Węgrowie realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie węgrowskim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 „Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy i ochrona istniejących miejsc pracy w związku z epidemią COVID-19”. Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia projektu PUP stanowiącą podstawę ujęcia projektu w Wykazie projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. (Polish)
