Improving the environmental conditions of the Municipality of Księżpol through the use of renewable energy sources
Property / summary

The proposed project concerns the purchase, installation of equipment producing electricity and heat in single-family houses in the municipality of Księżpol. The main objective of the project is to increase the use of energy from renewable sources, i.e. the sun and biomass. The target group is residents of households in which devices will be installed — 1068 people, and also using buildings used. pub.-7 buildings- (recreations, firehouses) on which photovoltaic installations (roofs) will be installed. In particular, the project includes the purchase and installation of 212 pcs. of photovoltaic installations (3.1 kW-98 pcs. and 4.2 kW-114 pcs), 12 pieces of biomass furnaces (25 kW — 6 pcs. of 20 kW-6 pcs) and 50 pcs of solar installations (3.4 kW-38 pcs. and 5.1 kW-12 pcs). Installed in the first col. on the roof/facade building. housing., gosp. as a last resort on the ground. The total installed capacity of the installed inst. will be 1.2430 MW (0.4604 MW — total capacity of the installation for the production of heat, 0.7826 MW — the total power of equipment for the production of electricity). The planned installations will produce 254.07 MWh of thermal energy and 715.54 MWh of electricity per year. Replacing fossil energy with RES will reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere (Ed. by 645.88 t.ró.CO2/r). The implementation of the project will reduce the production of heat energy for heating and preparation of c.w.u from existing sources, which are mostly individual boiler houses fired with coal, had or wood. In addition, due to the installation of photovoltaic installations, the production of electricity from fossil fuels on a national scale will be reduced, affecting both the reduction of the consumption of fossil resources on a global scale and the diversification of electricity generation. The investment affects the achievement of the objectives of the energy and climate package of the European Union and the Europe 2020 Strategy, and is in line with the Air Quality Programme for the Lublin zone. Wnioskowany projekt dotyczy zakupu, montażu urządzeń produkujących energię elektryczną i cieplną w domach jednorodzinnych w gminie Księżpol. Łączna moc zainstalowanych inst. wyniesie 1,2430 MW (0,4604 MW- łączna moc instalacji do produkcji energii cieplnej, 0,7826 MW- łączna moc urządzeń do prod. en. elektrycznej). Planowane do zakupu instalacje wyprodukują rocznie 254,07 MWh energii cieplnej oraz 715,54 MWh energii elektrycznej. Zastąpienie energii ze źródeł kopalnych energią z OZE spowoduje iż ograniczona zostanie emisja szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery (red. o 645,88 t.ró.CO2/r). (Polish)
