The aim of the project “Recipe for Care — Support for dependent people from the ŁOM area” is to develop, in the period VII‘21-VIII’23, medical and care services addressed to people in need of support in everyday functioning, from the area of the Łódź Metropolitan Area, through the creation of 16 new places to provide health services (as part of long-term home care) and support 44 people from the above-mentioned group. The project is addressed to people in need of support in everyday functioning, living in the ŁOM, i.e. the county of Lodz, Łódź-Eastern, Zgierski, brzeziński, Pabianicki (in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code). Among the main results are the creation of 16 places for the provision of health services (16 professionals providing long-term care services). The project will support 44 people. Recruitment will be carried out, in the period VII-VIII‘21, VII-VIII’22, at the headquarters of the Branch for Senior Policy of the City of Łódź. Long-term care will include the support of nurses, medical caregivers, dietitians, physiotherapists and will also be carried out on weekends and in the afternoon, evening. Celem projektu „Przepis na Opiekę – wsparcie osób niesamodzielnych z obszaru ŁOM” jest rozwój, w okresie VII’21-VIII’23, usług medyczno-opiekuńczych skierowanych do osób potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, z terenu Łódzkiego Obszaru Metropolitalnego, poprzez utworzenie 16 nowych miejsc świadczenia usług zdrowotnych (w ramach długoterminowej opieki domowej) i wsparcie 44 osób z w/w grupy. Projekt skierowany jest do osób potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, zamieszkałych na terenie ŁOM, tj. powiat m.Łódź, łódzki-wschodni, zgierski, brzeziński, pabianicki (zgodnie z przepisami Kodeksu Cywilnego). Wśród głównych rezultatów wymienić należy powstanie 16 miejsc świadczenia usług zdrowotnych (16 specjalistów świadczących usługi w ramach opieki długoterminowej). W projekcie wsparciem objęte zostaną 44 osoby. Rekrutacja prowadzona będzie, w okresie VII-VIII’21, VII-VIII’22, w siedzibie Oddziału ds. polityki Senioralnej Miasta Łódź. Opieka długoterminowa obejmować będzie wsparcie pielęgniarki, opiekunów medycznych, dietetyka, fizjoterapeutów i będzie realizowana również w weekendy i w godzinach popołudniowych, wieczornych.
