The project consists of the installation of RES in the building of the municipal office (photovoltaic) and in private residential buildings. The main objective of the project is “The increase in the use of renewable energy sources in the municipality of Wielgomłyny — thanks to the installation of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors and pellet boilers”. Specific objectives/indirect objectives: — protects the atmosphere and entrusts through solar collectors installations 14 pcs., photovoltaics 106 pcs., pellet boilers 14 pcs. — reducing the consumption of energy obtained from mining energy resources by building an installation of renewable energy sources through the construction of 106 units of electricity generation from renewable energy sources and units generating heat from RES 28 (14 solar collectors, 14 biomass boilers) — ecological effect — CO2 reduction by 42.17 % — ecological effect — reduction of TSP by 31.44 % — ecological effect — reduction of NOx by 26.63 % — reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 490.96 tonnes/year — improvement of the energy efficiency of facilities — reduction of pollutant emissions into the air responsible and greenhouse gas emissions — improvement of the quality of life of residents — health protection, — increase in the competitiveness of the municipality — improvement of the municipality’s image. The target group is residents of buildings, residents of the municipality, tourists. Tasks: 1 Project preparation feasibility study, PFU, construction project 2 Assembly and installation works 4 Project management and its service investor supervision project promotion The project takes into account the concept of universal design the assumption is to design products useful for all interested. The planned activities related to the construction of renewable energy installations will take into account the assumptions of universal design, the applicant wants the installed systems to be clear, transparent and understandable in its use will serve the simplicity of intuitive operation of easy understandable instructions for handling installations. Projekt polega na montażu instalacji OZE w budynku urzędu gminy (fotowoltaika) oraz w prywatnych budynkach mieszkalnych. Celem głównym projektu jest “Wzrost wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w gminie Wielgomłyny – dzięki montażowi instalacji fotowoltaicznych, kolektorów słonecznych i kotłów na pellet ”. Cele szczegółowe/pośrednie: - ochronę atmosfery i powierza poprzez instalacje kolektorów słonecznych 14 szt., fotowoltaiki 106 szt., kotłów na pellet 14 szt. - ograniczenie zużycia energii pozyskiwanej z kopalnianych surowców energetycznych poprzez budowę instalacji odnawialnych źródeł energii poprzez budowę 106 jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE oraz jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE 28 (14 szt. kolektory słoneczne, 14 szt. kotły na biomasę) - efekt ekologiczny – redukcja CO2 o 42,17% - efekt ekologiczny – redukcja TSP o 31,44% - efekt ekologiczny – redukcja NOx o 26,63% - spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 490,96 t/rok - poprawa efektywności energetycznej obiektów - ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza odpowiedzialnych oraz emisji gazów cieplarnianych - poprawę jakości życia mieszkańców - ochronę zdrowia, - wzrost konkurencyjności gminy - poprawę wizerunku gminy. Grupą docelowa są mieszkańcy budynków, mieszkańcy gminy, turyści. Zadania: 1 Przygotowanie projektu studium wykonalności, PFU, projekt budowlany 2 Roboty montażowo-instalacyjne 4 Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługa nadzór inwestorski promocja projektu Projekt uwzględnia koncepcję uniwersalnego projektowania założeniem jest takie zaprojektowanie produktów użytecznych dla wszystkich zainteresowanych. Przewidziane działania związane z budową instalacji odnawialnych źródeł energii będą uwzględniać założenia uniwersalnego projektowania wnioskodawca chce aby zainstalowane systemy były jasne, przejrzyste zrozumiałe w użytkowaniu temu będą służyły prostota intuicyjność obsługi łatwe zrozumiałe instrukcje postępowania z instalacjami.
