The aim of the project is to acquire by at least 80 % of the 148 children of the pre-school age from the Preschool in Cz. Janczarski in Sława (61K,87M, including 4 persons with disabilities, 4M) key competences and universal skills, as well as increasing competence in at least 90 % of the 15 teachers (15K) of the above-mentioned kindergarten in the field of application of methods and organizational forms conducive to the formation and development of key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market (through courses) in the real period: 01.08.2021-30.06.2022. Activities in the project: — Retrofitting the kindergarten with the help of an educator. —Courses for teachers -Proj. for children from mathematician.-natural -Proj. for children from the field of problem solving, working in the game and using foreign language Proj. skier. to people from the commune of Sława from the Lubuskie Voivodeship (in Polish) they learn or work or live in the aforementioned commune in reason. Celem proj jest nabycie przez min 80% spośród 148 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym z Przedszkola im. Cz. Janczarskiego w Sławie (61K,87M, w tym 4 os niepełnospr, 4M) kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych oraz powiększenie kompet. u min. 90% z 15 nauczycieli (15K) ww. przedszkola w zakresie stosowania metod oraz form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu kompetencji kluczowych oraz umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy (poprzez kursy) w okresie real. proj.:01.08.2021-30.06.2022.
