The main objective of the P implemented by the pre-school unit of the Primary School and the Preschool Point in Jędrzychowice — Szlichtyngowa Municipality in the period 01.07.2022r.-30.06.2023 in response to the needs identified during the diagnosis is: 1. Increase in the level of development of K. key and universal skills necessary on the labour market 26 UP [12K, 14M], including 3 about SPE [1K, 2M], residents of the voivodeship, pow.wschowski; 2. Increase of professional qualifications and competences of 7 people [7K, 0M] in terms of organizational methods and forms conducive to the formation of competences and skills of UP. In P, it is planned to develop key competences and purchase teaching aids, including ICT. Implementation of P will make it possible to achieve the objective in detail. Priority Axis 8 — Modern education ROP L-2020: increase the number of places in pre-school education and improve the competences of pupils in kindergartens. There will be: •increasing participation of children in high-quality, specialised pre-school education, •equalisation of educational opportunities of 26 UP, facing social, educational and physical barriers. Celem głównym P realizowanego przez organ prowadzący oddział przedszkolny Szkoły Podstawowej i Punkt Przedszkolny w Jędrzychowicach - Gminę Szlichtyngowa w okresie 01.07.2022r.-30.06.2023r. w odpowiedzi na zidentyfikowane podczas diagnozy zapotrzebowanie jest: 1. Wzrost poziomu rozwoju k. kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy 26 UP [12K, 14M], w tym 3 o SPE [1K, 2M], mieszkańców woj.lubuskiego, pow.wschowskiego; 2. Wzrost kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych 7 osób kadry [7K, 0M] w zakresie metod i form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu kompetencji i umiejętności UP. W P zaplanowano zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe oraz zakup pomocy dydaktycznych, w tym ICT. Realizacja P umożliwi osiągnięcie celu szczeg. Osi Priorytetowej 8 - Nowoczesna edukacja RPO L-2020: "zwiększenie liczby miejsc w edukacji przedszkolnej i podniesienie kompetencji uczniów w przedszkolach". Nastąpi: •wzrost uczestnictwa dzieci w wysokiej jakości, wyspecjalizowanej edukacji przedszkolnej, •wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych 26 UP, napotykających bariery o charakterze społecznym, edukacyjnym oraz fizycznym.
