The project — implemented from V2022 to VI 2023 by the Centre for Social Integration in Zielona Góra — increases the availability of medical rehabilitation services for people of occupational age with diagnosed health problems resulting from the COVID-19 disease, coming from the county of M. Zielona Góra, the area of Zielona Góra and the area of Nowysolskie. The project — aimed at restoring full or maximum agility that maintains the ability to continue or take up employment — envisages the participation of at least 430 people, including at least 224 women (min. 52 % of the target group), at least 129 people from rural areas (min. 30 % of the target group) and min. 172 people over the age of 50 (min. 40 % of the target group) in respiratory rehabilitation benefits available 6 days a week. In addition, the project envisages the implementation of information-education activities aimed at spreading information about the Programme and the Lubuszan health problems and opportunities to counteract them. Projekt – realizowany od V2022 do VI 2023 przez Ośrodek Integracji Społecznej w Zielonej Górze – zwiększa dostępność do świadczeń rehabilitacji medycznej dla osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej ze zdiagnozowanymi problemami zdrowotnymi będącymi skutkami przebytej choroby COVID-19, pochodzących z powiatu grodzkiego M. Zielona Góra, pow. zielonogórskiego i pow. nowosolskiego. Projekt – zorientowany na przywrócenie pełnej lub maksymalnie możliwej do osiągnięcia sprawności utrzymującej zdolność do kontynuacji lub podjęcia zatrudnienia – przewiduje udział min. 430 osób, w tym min. 224 kobiet (min. 52% grupy docelowej), min. 129 osób z terenów wiejskich (min. 30% grupy docelowej) i min. 172 osoby po 50 roku życia (min. 40% grupy docelowej) w świadczeniach rehabilitacji oddechowej dostępnych przez 6 dni w tygodniu. Ponadto projekt zakłada realizację działań inform.–eduk. mających na celu rozpropagowanie informacji o Programie oraz problemach zdrowotnych Lubuszan i możliwościach przeciwdziałania im. (Polish)
