The main objective of the project is: Increase the chance of setting up and maintaining the functioning of new enterprises for 38 people aged 18-29 who are unemployed, who have lost their jobs after 1 March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and from the most vulnerable groups in the Skierniewice sub-region of Łódź. (counties: Kutnowski, łęczycki, Łowicki, rawski, skierniewicki, town of Skierniewice) in the period X‘2021-X’2023.The project target group is 38 pers. (20K and 18M) unemployed under the age of 29 who lost their employment after 1 March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and from the most vulnerable groups on the labour market, i.e. NEETs, people with disabilities, women, low-skilled people.The main results of the project are the acquisition of competences for setting up and running a gosp. and the creation of 38 new enterprises. The extensive recruitment process will ensure that those people who have the best predispositions/their activities are the most likely to succeed. This selected group will then be supported by schools, which will provide UP with the necessary knowledge of running the gosp. department and preparing a good business plan. Support in the form of non-repayable grants will be granted to persons who reach a predetermined point criterion. The financial bridging support will additionally provide strong support in the initial months of the operations of new companies and will contribute to their sustainability in the market. Cel główny proj. to: Zwiększenie szansy na założenie i utrzymanie funkcjonowania nowych przedsiębiorstw przez 38 osób w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez zatrudnienia, które utraciły zatrudnienie po 1 marca 2020 roku w wyniku pandemii COVID-19 oraz z grup w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy z subregionu skierniewickiego woj. łódz. (powiaty: kutnowski, łęczycki, łowicki, rawski, skierniewicki, miasto Skierniewice) w okresie X'2021-X'2023r.Grupę docelową proj. stanowi 38 os. (20K i 18M) w wieku do 29 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia, które utraciły zatrudnienie po 1 marca 2020 roku w wyniku pandemii COVID-19 oraz z grup w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osoby z kategorii NEET, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiety, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach.Główne rezultaty proj. to nabycie kompetencji dot. zakładania i prowadzenia dział gosp. i utworzenie 38 nowych przedsiębiorstw. Rozbudowany proces rekrutacji zapewni, że do proj. trafią te os. które mają ku temu najlepsze predyspozycje/ich działalności rokują największe szanse powodzenia. Następnie ta wyselekcjonowana grupa zostanie objęta wsparciem szkol., które zapewni UP niezbędną wiedzę z zakresu prowadzenia dział. gosp. oraz przygotowania dobrego biznesplanu. Wsparcie w postaci bezzwrotnych dotacji zostanie przyznane os., które osiągną z góry określone kryterium punktowe. Wsparcie pomostowe finansowe zapewnidodatkowo silne wsparcie w początkowych miesiącach działania nowych firm oraz przyczyni się do zwiększenia ich trwałości na rynku. (Polish)
