SA.60012(2020/X) The project involves a significant change in the two processes carried out in the applicant’s company. One of them is to develop architectural projects. The process innovation introduced will allow the applicant’s project team to work effectively in a remote manner, on the same three-dimensional model of the building or building. The second process is to automate communication and cooperation with external partners, thanks to the exchange of data based on BIM standards. The introduction of innovations in both processes will improve the company’s business, despite the constraints resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, epidemics and other threats of a similar nature. The project plans to implement software such as Archicad 25. It is a computer-Aided Design software dedicated to architects, allowing to create three-dimensional building projects in the BIM — Building Information Modeling methodology. Objects created using a program, unlike traditional design methods, do not have the character of two-dimensional drawings — from the very beginning they are created as spatial objects. This tool supports remote work and allows you to work on the same model for many specialists, and even remote consultation with customers, including the sharing of visualisations. 5 workstations will also be purchased — personal computers, together with accessories that meet the requirements of the software, allowing to use its full capabilities. Wprowadzenie innowacji w obu procesach usprawni prowadzenie przez firmę działalności gospodarczej, mimo ograniczeń wynikających z pandemii COVID-19, epidemii i ew. innych zagrożeń o podobnym charakterze. (Polish)
