The project consists of the reconstruction and comprehensive modernisation of energy buildings of the Polish School for the needs of kindergarten and nursery for children of students and university staff (A14) and for the educational and scientific needs of students and academic staff of the university (A7). The project will increase the energy efficiency of buildings, reduce dust emissions harmful to people’s quality of life, improve the safety of use of buildings, adapt them to people with sensory dysfunctions. The works will allow to adapt 2 old buildings to the current standards and technical conditions, which should correspond to modern buildings, and the preservation of the old city’s tissue will preserve the old city climate and fit into the current revitalisation trends. Projekt polega na przebudowie i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków PŁ na potrzeby przedszkola i żłobka dla dzieci studentów i pracowników uczelni (A14) oraz na potrzeby edukacyjne i naukowe studentów i kadry naukowej uczelni (A7). Realizacji projektu zapewni zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków, ograniczenie emisji pyłów szkodliwych dla jakości życia ludzi, poprawi bezpieczeństwo użytkowania budynków, przystosuje je do korzystania przez osoby z dysfunkcjami zmysłów. Prace pozwolą zaadoptować 2 stare budynki do obecnie obowiązujących standardów i warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać współczesne budynki, a zachowanie starej tkanki miasta pozwoli zachować staromiejski klimat i wpisuje się w obecne trendy rewitalizacyjne.
