As part of the innovation, it is planned to develop proprietary technology based on digital printing, not yet used to print on household appliances. In order to ensure the assumed efficiency, flexibility and efficiency of the process, it is also planned to develop innovative construction and technical-technological solutions, as well as the proprietary quality control system of products and automatic process handling system. Amica as one of the leading brands of heating plates on the Polish market, gaining increasing recognition on foreign markets, thanks to the implementation of the Project will respond to its own needs (the direct recipient) — independence from outside suppliers, increase the efficiency of implemented processes, as well as indirect recipients of innovations. — users of heating plates (high quality of products in competition. price). The Company will achieve the result through the implementation of R & D works (4 Stages of development works) based on the personnel and technical resources and know-how of the Company. The end result will be the achievement of high-competitive char. technology, including automation, increased efficiency and solid waste (lack of prod.), which at the same time allows to obtain measurable financial benefits in the form of savings per cent. W ramach innowacji planowane jest oprac. autorskiej technologii opartej o druk cyfrowy, dotychczas niewykorzystywany w celu prowadzenia zadruku na elementach AGD. Celem zapewnienia zakładanej efektywności, elastyczności i wydajności procesu planowane jest również opracowanie nowatorskich rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych i techniczno-technologicznych, jak i wytw. autorskiego systemu kontroli jakości wyrobów i systemu automat. obsługi procesu. Amica jako jedna z czołowych marek płyt grzejnych na rynku polskim, zdobywająca coraz większą rozpoznawalność na rynkach zagranicznych, dzięki realizacji Projektu odpowie na potrzeby własne (odbiorca bezpośr.) - uniezależnienie od zewn. dostawców, zwiększ. efektywności realizowanych procesów, jak i odbiorców pośrednich innowacji proc. - użytkowników płyt grzejnych (wysoka jakość produktów w konkur. cenie).
