Głównym celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych, w rezultacie których wytworzona zostanie innowacja produktowa na skalę międzynarodową w postaci inteligentnej platformy zwinnego modelu zarządzania nieruchomościami uwzględniającego możliwości gospodarki cyfrowej, konsekwencje kryzysu gospodarczego COVID-19 oraz zmienne oczekiwania interesariuszy, autonomizującego decyzje zarządców i właścicieli budynków. Platforma stanowić będzie obszar synergii dla właścicieli i zarządców budynków, zakresie optymalizacji i podnoszenia standardów w zarządzaniu nieruchomościami. Projekt platformy oparty będzie na zaawansowanej analityce budynkowej umożliwiającej wykorzystanie zintegrowanego pulpitu zarządczego bazującego na najlepszych praktykach branżowych i zapewniającego dostęp do narzędzi usprawniających proces zarządzania nieruchomością. Główne grupy docelowe projektu stanowią potencjalni uczestnicy platformy skupiający się po stronie popytowej - odbiorcy bezpośredni i odbiorcy pośredni. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację prac B+R, gdzie zostaną przeprowadzone testy skuteczności platformy w warunkach rzeczywistych. Wyniki realizacji projektu zostaną wdrożone przez Wnioskodawcę w okresie 3 lat od zakończenia prac badawczych poprzez wdrożenie rezultatów prac we własnej działalności gospodarczej.
