How can we support, enhance and capitalise on the associative paths of individuals to promote social inclusion and employability in the cross-border area? By associating French, Walloon and Flemish partners, REQUAPASS wishes to go beyond their activities of promotion, development and support for associative and civic initiatives in their territories. REQUAPASS proposes a response focused on cross-border training and information for all stakeholders in the voluntary sector and on developing mechanisms for the recognition of skills related to volunteering. The project sets out to create cross-border training, discovery and associative management courses with a specific recognition mechanism (for novices, volunteers and associative leaders and finally for those accompanying employee projects, educators, etc.). The partnership created will contribute to a better knowledge of the cross-border territory by networking the resource centres of French and Belgian associative life and comparing the systems present on the three sides of the programme with those involved in the institutional and economic world.
