The project idea was first developed at the beginning of 2016 by Polish and Lithuanian colleagues. A part of activities was materialized in a Seed money project (completed 31-01-2017). The value of youth participation has been for some time already recognized at local community and international levels. However, progress in the area of practical implementation has been slow. Young people still are marginal to most democratic processes. This project will make an attempt to listen to youth and engage them in the process of decision-making thus strengthening participatory democracy. (English)
