L'objectif général du projet GERMINATION II est d'accroître la contribution des RGVA au développement agricole et d'améliorer la sécurité alimentaire des régions concernées. Quatre objectifs spécifiques ont été définis dans la charte partenariale validée (et en cours de signature : Annexe 1) par les partenaires du réseau : – Agir en faveur de la conservation des RGVA ; – Valoriser l'agrobiodiversité ; – Renforcer les capacités des acteurs de la conservation des RGVA de l'Océan Indien ; – Favoriser la mise en réseau de ces acteurs et faciliter l'émergence de leurs projets. The general objective of the GERMINATION II project is to increase the contribution of RGVA to agricultural development and to improve food security in the regions concerned. Four specific objectives have been defined in the validated partnership charter (and under signature: Annex 1) by the network partners: — To promote the conservation of RGVA; — To promote agrobiodiversity; — To strengthen the capacities of the conservation actors of the Indian Ocean RGVA; — Promote networking of these actors and facilitate the emergence of their projects.
