A Gávavencsellő Nagyközségben 2018. január 01. és 2021. január 01. között megvalósuló, „Adj esélyt Gávavencsellőnek” elnevezésű programunk révén hozzá kívánunk járulni a Gávavencsellőn élő fiatalok helyben maradásához, a helyi munkaerő-piaci igények feltérképezéséhez és koordináláshoz, a humán közszolgáltatások területén meglévő humánerőforrás- hiány és a helyi szakemberhiány csökkentéséhez, valamint a településünkön élő, továbbá az oda letelepülni szándékozó fiatalok kedvezményes lakhatásának támogatásához. Projektünk alapvető célja, hogy a fiatalokat képessé tegyük arra, hogy a településen fellelhető életlehetőségekkel tudjanak élni, és helyben egzisztenciát, családot alapítani. A fenti célt, az alábbi tevékenységcsoportok, illetve tevékenységek megvalósítása révén kívánjuk elérni: Az önkormányzatunk tulajdonában lévő ingatlanok felújítása, felszerelése önálló lakhatás céljából, a projektben résztvevő, a célcsoportba tartozó fiatal egyének, illetve párok, családok számára: - A projekt keretében 4 db, az önkormányzatunk tulajdonában lévő lakást kívánunk felújítani és felszerelni, mely ingatlanokba 8 fő a célcsoporthoz tartozó gávavencsellői fiatal fog beköltözni. A fiatalok életpálya-tervezését segítő helyi szolgáltatások nyújtása, valamint munkaszerzési ismeretek bővítése érdekében: - Évente egy alkalommal (a projekt időtartama alatt összesen 3 alkalommal) 10 fő rész-vételével 30 órás Álláskeresési technikák tréning kerül megtartásra. - A projekt második félévétől, félévente 10 fő részére (1 óra/alkalom, 10 alkalom/fő) Egyéni álláskeresési tanácsadás biztosítunk. A célcsoport bevonásával, a támogatási kérelemben benyújtott fejlesztési koncepción alapuló helyi lehetőségeket, értékeket, adottságokat feltáró, erre épülő gazdasági együttműködéseket generáló tevékenységek keretében: - A helyi munkáltatók, a Megyei Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara képviselője, a Munkaügyi Kirendeltség munkatársa, az önkormányzat képviselői, a helyi oktatási intézmény kép-viselői, valamint a projekt célcsoportjának (kiemelten a lakhatási célú támogatásban, illetve az ösztönzőkben részesülő fiatalok bevonásával) részvételével Gazdaságfejlesztési Kerekasztal kerül létrehozásra. A létrehozandó Gazdaságfejlesztési Kerekasztal negyedévente egy alkalommal (a projekt során összesen 12 alkalommal) kerül összehívásra. A helyi gazdaságba való bekapcsolódást lehetővé tevő ismeretátadás/helyi ösztönző rendszer kialakítása és nyújtása célcsoport számára tevékenységcsoport keretében: - A gávavencsellői fiatalok helyben maradása, valamint a humán közszolgáltatások területén meglévő humánerőforrás - hiány csökkentése érdekében a projekt 2 félévétől, féléves időtartamokban, a felsőoktatásban és a szakképzésben tanuló részére ösztöndíjat kívánunk nyújtani. - A projekt időszaka alatt évente egy alkalommal (összesen három alkalommal) „Jövőbörze” elnevezésű rendezvény kerül megrendezésre, melynek keretében a „Gazdaságfejlesztési Kerekasztal” résztvevői egyfajta jövőképet vizionálnak a résztvevők számára, elősegítve a helyi fiatalok sikeres pályaorientációját, valamint a helyi gazdaságba való bekapcsolódást. - A helyi gazdaságba való bekapcsolódást lehetővé tevő ismeretátadás érdekében a projekt időszaka alatt évente egy alkalommal (összesen három alkalommal) „Helyi Érték Fesztivál” kerül megrendezésre, melynek keretében sor kerül helyi termék és terménybemutatóra, a településen rejlő értékek bemutatására a helyi lakosok és vállalkozók részvételével. A személyre szabott felkészítés a fejlesztési célterületen megvalósuló, hazai és uniós pályázati programokban való részvételre tevékenységcsoport keretein belül: - A projekt során egy alkalommal, 10 fő részvételével, 60 órás Projekttervező és pályázatíró tréning kerül lebonyolításra. - A projekt során egy alkalommal, 10 fő részvételével, 60 órás Vállalkozási ismeretek képzés kerül lebonyolításra. - A projekt időtartama alatt két alkalommal Információs nap kerül megtartásra az aktu-ális hazai és uniós pályázati programokkal kapcsolatosan, rendezvényenként 20 fő részvételével. - A projekt során évente összesen 20 alkalommal (2 óra/alkalom időkeretben) egyéni konzultációs lehetőséget biztosítunk a hazai és uniós pályázati programokkal kapcsola-tosan. A fiatalok helyben maradását támogató, más településeken alkalmazott (dokumentált) jó gyakorlatok adaptálása tevékenységcsoport keretében: - A tevékenységcsoport keretében a debreceni székhelyű CSAT Egyesület által kifejlesz-tett és megvalósított KidNet.hu projekt elnevezésű programját kívánjuk adaptálni. Önkormányzatunk vállalja, hogy projekt megvalósítása során együttműködik a Komplex ifjúsági fejlesztések – új nemzedék újratöltve EFOP-1.2.3-VEKOP-15-2015-00001 kiemelt projekt megvalósítójával. Vállaljuk továbbá, hogy a projektre vonatkozó fenntartási kötelezettségünknek eleget teszünk, valamint a vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályokat betartjuk. (Hungarian)

Through our “Gávavencsellő chance for Gávavencsellő” programme from 01 January 2018 to 01 January 2021 in the municipality of Gávavencsellő, we intend to contribute to the stay of young people living in Gávavencsellő, to identify and coordinate local labour market needs, to reduce human resources shortages and shortages of local professionals in the field of human public services, and to support preferential housing for young people living in our settlement and wishing to settle there. The basic aim of our project is to enable young people to live with the living opportunities in the settlement and to establish existence and family on the ground. The above objective is to be achieved through the implementation of the following activity groups and activities: Refurbishing and equipping the properties owned by our municipality for independent housing, for young individuals and couples and families participating in the project: — In the framework of the project we intend to renovate and equip 4 apartments owned by our municipality, in which 8 people will be moved into Gávavencsellői young people belonging to the target group. In order to provide local services for young people’s career planning and to increase job acquisition skills: — Once a year (a total of 3 times during the duration of the project), a 30-hour job-search training session will be held with 10 participants. — From the second half of the project, we provide individual job-search counselling for 10 people every six months (1 hour/occasion, 10 sessions/person). With the involvement of the target group, in the framework of activities that identify local opportunities, values and attributes based on the development concept submitted in the application for support, and generate economic cooperation based on this: — A Round Table for Economic Development will be established with the participation of local employers, representatives of the County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, staff of the Labour Office, representatives of the local government, representatives of the local educational institution and the target group of the project (especially with the participation of young people benefiting from housing support and incentives). The Economic Development Round Table will be convened once a quarter (12 times during the project). Development and provision of a knowledge transfer/local incentive system to the local economy for the target group in the framework of a group of activities: In order to reduce the shortage of human resources in Gávavencsellő’s youth and human services, we intend to provide scholarships for students in higher education and vocational training from 2 semesters. — The “Future Fair” event will be held once a year (three in total) during the project period, in which the “Framework Table for Economic Development” will present a vision for the participants, facilitating the successful career orientation of local young people and their participation in the local economy. — The “Local Value Festival” is organised once a year (in total three times) during the project period in order to transfer knowledge to the local economy, during which local products and crops will be presented, with the participation of local residents and entrepreneurs. Tailor-made preparation for participation in national and EU application programmes in the area of development within the framework of the activity group: — During the project, there will be a 60-hour project planner and tender writing training with the participation of 10 people. — During the project, a 60-hour training course will be carried out with the participation of 10 people. — Two Information Days will be held during the duration of the project in connection with the current Hungarian and EU application programmes, with the participation of 20 participants per event. — A total of 20 times a year (2 hours/occasion time frame) during the project we offer individual consultation opportunities linked to the national and EU application programmes. Adaptation of (documented) good practices in other municipalities to support young people’s stay in the framework of the activity group: — Within the framework of the activity group, we intend to adapt the KidNet.hu project developed and implemented by the CSAT Association in Debrecen. During the implementation of the project, our municipality undertakes to cooperate with the implementation of the priority project EFOP-1.2.3-VEKOP-15-2015-00001. Grâce à notre programme «Gávavencsellő chance for Gávavencsellő» du 1er janvier 2018 au 1er janvier 2021 dans la municipalité de Gávavencsellő, nous avons l’intention de contribuer au séjour des jeunes vivant à Gávavencsellő, d’identifier et de coordonner les besoins du marché du travail local, de réduire les pénuries de ressources humaines et les pénuries de professionnels locaux dans le domaine des services publics, et de soutenir le logement préférentiel pour les jeunes vivant dans notre établissement et souhaitant s’y installer. L’objectif fondamental de notre projet est de permettre aux jeunes de vivre avec les possibilités de vivre dans l’établissement et d’établir l’existence et la famille sur le terrain. L’objectif ci-dessus doit être atteint par la mise en œuvre des groupes d’activités et activités suivants: Rénover et équiper les propriétés appartenant à notre municipalité pour des logements indépendants, pour les jeunes, les couples et les familles participant au projet: — Dans le cadre du projet, nous avons l’intention de rénover et d’équiper 4 appartements appartenant à notre municipalité, dans lesquels 8 personnes seront déplacées dans les jeunes Gávavencsellői appartenant au groupe cible. Afin de fournir des services locaux pour la planification de carrière des jeunes et d’améliorer les compétences en matière d’acquisition d’emplois: — Une fois par an (au total 3 fois pendant la durée du projet), une session de formation à la recherche d’emploi d’une durée de 30 heures sera organisée avec 10 participants. — À partir de la seconde moitié du projet, nous offrons des conseils individuels en recherche d’emploi à 10 personnes tous les six mois (1 heure/occasion, 10 séances/personne). Avec la participation du groupe cible, dans le cadre d’activités qui identifient les possibilités, les valeurs et les attributs locaux sur la base du concept de développement présenté dans la demande d’aide, et qui génèrent une coopération économique sur cette base: — Une table ronde pour le développement économique sera mise en place avec la participation d’employeurs locaux, de représentants de la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie du comté, du personnel de l’Office du travail, de représentants de l’administration locale, de représentants de l’établissement d’enseignement local et du groupe cible du projet (notamment avec la participation des jeunes bénéficiant d’une aide au logement et d’incitations). La Table ronde sur le développement économique se réunira une fois par trimestre (12 fois au cours du projet). Développement et fourniture d’un système de transfert de connaissances/d’incitation locale à l’économie locale pour le groupe cible dans le cadre d’un groupe d’activités: Afin de réduire la pénurie de ressources humaines dans les services à la jeunesse et aux services humains de Gávavencsellő, nous avons l’intention de fournir des bourses d’études aux étudiants de l’enseignement supérieur et de la formation professionnelle à partir de deux semestres. — L’événement «Future Fair» aura lieu une fois par an (trois au total) au cours de la période du projet, au cours de laquelle la «Tableau cadre pour le développement économique» présentera une vision pour les participants, facilitant l’orientation professionnelle réussie des jeunes locaux et leur participation à l’économie locale. — Le «Festival de la Valeur Locale» est organisé une fois par an (au total trois fois) au cours de la période du projet afin de transférer les connaissances à l’économie locale, au cours de laquelle les produits et cultures locaux seront présentés, avec la participation de résidents et d’entrepreneurs locaux. Préparation sur mesure à la participation aux programmes d’application nationaux et européens dans le domaine du développement dans le cadre du groupe d’activités: — Pendant le projet, il y aura un planificateur de projet de 60 heures et une formation à la rédaction d’appels d’offres avec la participation de 10 personnes. — Au cours du projet, une formation de 60 heures sera organisée avec la participation de 10 personnes. — Deux journées d’information seront organisées pendant la durée du projet dans le cadre des programmes d’application actuels en Hongrie et dans l’UE, avec la participation de 20 participants par événement. — Un total de 20 fois par an (2 heures/heure) pendant le projet, nous offrons des possibilités de consultation individuelles liées aux programmes d’application nationaux et européens. Adaptation des bonnes pratiques (documentées) dans d’autres municipalités pour soutenir le séjour des jeunes dans le cadre du groupe d’activités: — Dans le cadre du groupe d’activités, nous avons l’intention d’adapter le projet KidNet.hu développé et mis en œuvre par l’Association CSAT à Debrecen. Mit unserem Programm „Gávavencsellő chance for Gávavencsellő“ vom 01.01.2018 bis 01. Januar 2021 in der Gemeinde Gávavencsellő wollen wir einen Beitrag zum Aufenthalt junger Menschen in Gávavencsellő leisten, die Bedürfnisse des lokalen Arbeitsmarktes ermitteln und koordinieren, den Mangel an Humanressourcen und den Mangel an lokalen Fachkräften im Bereich der öffentlichen Dienstleistungen verringern und den bevorzugten Wohnraum für junge Menschen, die in unserer Siedlung leben und sich dort niederlassen wollen, unterstützen. Das Hauptziel unseres Projekts ist es, jungen Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben, mit den Lebenschancen in der Siedlung zu leben und Existenz und Familie vor Ort zu etablieren. Das oben genannte Ziel soll durch die Umsetzung folgender Gruppen und Tätigkeiten erreicht werden: Sanierung und Ausstattung der Grundstücke unserer Gemeinde für unabhängige Wohnungen für junge Menschen und Paare und Familien, die an dem Projekt teilnehmen: — Im Rahmen des Projekts beabsichtigen wir, 4 Wohnungen im Besitz unserer Gemeinde zu renovieren und auszustatten, in denen 8 Personen in Gávavencsellői Jugendliche, die zur Zielgruppe gehören, verlegt werden. Zur Bereitstellung lokaler Dienstleistungen für die Berufsplanung junger Menschen und zur Steigerung der beruflichen Qualifikation: — Einmal im Jahr (insgesamt drei Mal während der Projektlaufzeit) findet eine 30-stündige Schulung zur Arbeitssuche mit 10 Teilnehmern statt. — Ab der zweiten Hälfte des Projekts bieten wir für 10 Personen alle sechs Monate individuelle Arbeitssuche an (1 Stunde/Gelegenheit, 10 Sitzungen/Person). Unter Einbeziehung der Zielgruppe im Rahmen von Aktivitäten, die lokale Chancen, Werte und Attribute auf der Grundlage des im Förderantrag eingereichten Entwicklungskonzepts identifizieren und auf dieser Grundlage eine wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit schaffen: — Ein Runder Tisch für wirtschaftliche Entwicklung wird unter Beteiligung der lokalen Arbeitgeber, der Vertreter der Handels- und Industriekammer, des Personals des Arbeitsamtes, der Vertreter der lokalen Regierung, der Vertreter der lokalen Bildungseinrichtung und der Zielgruppe des Projekts (insbesondere unter Beteiligung junger Menschen, die von Wohnförderung und Anreizen profitieren) eingerichtet. Das Diskussionsforum für wirtschaftliche Entwicklung wird einmal im Quartal einberufen (12 Mal während des Projekts). Entwicklung und Bereitstellung eines Wissenstransfers/lokalen Anreizsystems für die Zielgruppe im Rahmen einer Gruppe von Tätigkeiten: Um den Personalmangel in den Jugend- und Humandiensten von Gávavencsellő zu verringern, beabsichtigen wir, ab 2 Semestern Stipendien für Studierende im Hochschul- und Berufsbildungsbereich bereitzustellen. — Die Veranstaltung „Future Fair“ findet einmal jährlich (insgesamt drei) während des Projektzeitraums statt, in dem der „Rahmenplan für wirtschaftliche Entwicklung“ den Teilnehmern eine Vision präsentiert, die die erfolgreiche Berufsorientierung der jungen Menschen vor Ort und ihre Beteiligung an der lokalen Wirtschaft erleichtert. — Das „Local Value Festival“ wird einmal jährlich (insgesamt dreimal) während des Projektzeitraums organisiert, um Wissen an die lokale Wirtschaft zu übertragen, bei dem lokale Produkte und Kulturen unter Beteiligung der Anwohner und Unternehmer vorgestellt werden. Maßgeschneiderte Vorbereitung auf die Teilnahme an nationalen und EU-Anwendungsprogrammen im Bereich Entwicklung im Rahmen der Arbeitsgruppe: — Während des Projekts wird es einen 60-stündigen Projektplaner und eine Ausschreibungsschulung mit Beteiligung von 10 Personen geben. — Während des Projekts wird ein 60-stündiger Schulungskurs unter Beteiligung von 10 Personen durchgeführt. — Zwei Informationstage werden während der Laufzeit des Projekts im Zusammenhang mit den laufenden ungarischen und EU-Antragsprogrammen stattfinden, an denen 20 Teilnehmer pro Veranstaltung teilnehmen. — Insgesamt 20 Mal im Jahr (2 Stunden/Gelegenheitszeit) während des Projekts bieten wir individuelle Konsultationsmöglichkeiten im Zusammenhang mit den nationalen und EU-Anwendungsprogrammen. Anpassung der (dokumentierten) bewährten Verfahren in anderen Gemeinden zur Unterstützung des Aufenthalts junger Menschen im Rahmen der Aktivitätsgruppe: — Im Rahmen der Aktivitätsgruppe beabsichtigen wir, das von der CSAT Association in Debrecen entwickelte und umgesetzte KidNet.hu Projekt anzupassen. Während der Projektdurchführung verpflichtet sich unsere Gemeinde, mit der Umsetzung des vorrangigen Projekts EFOP-1.2.3-VEKOP-15-2015-00001 zusammenzuarbeiten. Wir verpflichten uns auch, unsere Verpflichtung zur Aufrechterhaltung des Projekts und zur Einhaltung der einschlägigen Umwelt- und Chancengleichheitsvorschriften zu erfüllen. (German)
