    RMQ and NCIS join their experience on project BIOVIRTINC addressed to population of cross border area Dolj Pleven, rural and unemployed, students and graduated specialist in agriculture. Facing the same challenges such as major high share of agriculture, low standard of life and low education in rural, migration to urban, unemployment, project objective is to encourage integration of the cross-border area Dolj Pleven in terms of employment, labour mobility, business development in the field of bio agriculture, bio products processing and connected services using a budget of……EU. Within project is created virtual incubator BIOVIRTINC, activities including information, trainings, consultancy for certification of bio producers and products, business and mobility tools tailored to the specific needs of job seekers and entrepreneurs rising in the process of labor market inclusion. Employment initiatives consist of activities that stimulates new business and job creation on bio field by informing and educating CB population, buyers, farmers, producers, interconnecting on Business and Mobility tools, help desk, providing free soil analyses for starting certification, marketing. Expected results: 315 persons trained, 5000 platform users, 200 job seekers/specialists, 30 employers/entrepreneurs, 10 land owners; 100 consultancy for certification;population informed and award on business/employment opportunities on bio field, 240 from direct meetings,137444 from radio/TV, 8000 from flyers.
