The project aims to increase the knowledge and information sharing on cross-border Critical Infrastructures through the implementation of joint monitoring systems and IT-CH communication procedures. The expected change concerns the strengthening of joint risk governance capacities linked to events that can damage partially or totally the continuity of service of critical transport infrastructures of cross-border interest. The tools and strategies in use in the two states involve interface differences that make the communication and the planning of shared and coordinated preventive measures less immediate and effective. The action strategy implemented by the project consists in improving the effectiveness of a common prevention system aimed at reducing the impact in the event of events involving a sort of cross-border free zone.
