The objective of the project is the creation of a cross-border network capable of facilitating access and use of services for the vulnerable over 65-year-old population, not intercepted by services and susceptible to decline in non-self-sufficiency. The project intends to activate integrated public and private resources to qualify the home services supply, also through the use of new technologies.
