    Main common cross-border problems to be jointly tackled are lack of diversification in ecotourism offer in the cross-border Danube area, lack of joint ecotourism and wildlife tourism programs and marketing, lack of infrastructure and educated guides for ecotourism wildlife watching/photography. Project will address those issues through developing new and improving existing infrastructure, education of guides, improving quality management of natural assets and tourist products, creation of new cross-border programs and their promotion. Main objective of the project is to strengthen and diversify the cross-border tourism offer by developing new joint ecotourism and wildlife watching / photography programs in protected and valuable natural areas of Croatia and Serbia. This project aims at developing and improving infrastructure for developing ecotourism niches, education of guides, creating joint cross-border tourist offer and joint promotion of the cross-border area as a unique destination. Project outputs are: 1. New tourism infrastructure developed and improved (11). 2. New guides and stakeholders educated for ecotourism and wildlife watching / photography (40). 3. New joint cross-border ecotourism and wildlife watching / photography programs developed and promoted (4). 4. New quality management systems introduced for tourist products and services, improving the management and utilisation of natural assets (2). 5. People educated in quality management and standardization on natural heritage and tourist products (4). Main target groups are tourist boards, tourist business sector, managers of protected areas, local self-government, organisations dealing with natural heritage, population groups dealing with natural heritage. Added value for cross-border region of Middle Danube as a unique natural destination that will be additionally connected with joint tourism offer and programs and promoted as one destination, thus attracting new tourist to both sides.
