The corporate scheme addresses the invitation of the Interreg V-A OP on the axis "Energy efficiency and sustainable transport", S.G.2.1."Increasing energy savings in public buildings". It aims to address the common challenge of the two countries to reduce energy consumption and increase energy use from Renewable Energy Sources. The overall goal of the project is to create Intelligent School Buildings of Almost Zero Consumption, in combination with charging and circulation of electric vehicles. Also, the goal is to educate the users of the buildings for the use of new Renewable Energy Sources technologies. with the basic added value of the project resulting from the integration of Intelligence. The expected radical change from the new form of public building concerns the widespread development of the ecological consciousness of social life in the area, leading to economic, environmental and social benefits, but also the application of mild technologies due to the special use of schools. The corporate scheme includes national bodies (1 Ministry, 1 University, 1 Regional Fund, 1 Municipality). actions (eg Ministry of Education). The approach from the year The scheme will focus on harnessing its maturity and exploring good practices in the eligible area and nationally. A prerequisite for the smooth conduct of actions is the cross-border approach to meet the specificities of the two countries from an economic, legislative and geopolitical point of view, and the results (direct, tangible, visible) from the eligible area to be able to transfer and capitalize internationally. The outputs will include: a) two intelligent buildings (schools) in the eligible area with minimal energy consumption, smart management, ecological features, b) manuals with a detailed description of the methods and good practices of the pilots. actions, as a model for future energy upgrades of public buildings and use of live participatory training laboratories (Living Labs), c) Charging Stations and Electric Vehicles that enhance the care of the buildings for the total environment. fingerprint (and in the field of Transport), d) e-monitoring and e-learning platform and application for mobile devices that will monitor the active. performance of each building for remote. real-time control. Beneficiaries of the project (immediate results): a) beneficiaries, ie public. b) employees in the two public buildings, who will be regularly trained in ecological awareness, c) users of the buildings, who will be informed through the manuals for the actions to achieve the main result (Intelligent Buildings Almost Zero Consumption with Living Labs, d) owners of e-vehicles that will charge their vehicles at the project stations, e) the general public who will enjoy the benefits of reduced carbon dioxide emissions.
