The project responds to the challenge of reinforcing innovation in the cross-border area in order to facilitate the rapprochement of these regions with the most advanced of the EU.To do this, a better use of the results of the R + D + i (commercial exploitation) must be conducted and encourage networking between universities, technology centers and other innovation actors. The aim is to create an ecosystem of innovation in the cross-border area that allows the transfer of knowledge available in Universities, Technology Centers, Laboratories, etc. microenterprises, SMEs and entrepreneurs. It involves working with companies engaged in R & D + i but which do not systematically do so or do not have innovation strategies. They need external support to encourage innovation dynamics and establish relationships with Technological Centers, Universities, etc. to improve their competitiveness. It is these companies that can continuously generate innovation projects. The development of this project in the cross-border area will establish relationships between companies, Technological Centers and Universities so that they can develop collaborative projects and benefit from knowledge generated in different geographic and sectoral areas. The project aims to promote the establishment of 2 partnership agreements between companies and technology centers. (English)
