The aim of the project is to ensure the effective functioning of the Regional Information Centre in Plovdiv during the period 2022-2023 and to guarantee the right to free and full access to information about ESIF funding opportunities for all social, ethnic and age groups throughout the country, providing a wide range of opportunities for receiving this information. OIC — Plovdiv works to improve the transparency and promotion of EU-funded projects among potential beneficiaries, current beneficiaries, media and mediators, as well as the general public. The sponsors of the EIC provide information services and perform communication, expert and logistical functions in connection with the promotion of ESIF on the territory of Plovdiv region and all municipalities in it; cooperate with the managing authorities/intermediate bodies of the OP; they work with national, regional media and other EU information networks, as well as participate in regional development councils in relation to the implementation of the new regional approach in Bulgaria and the implementation of ITIs in the period 2021-2027. The activities of the AIC — Plovdiv contribute to the promotion of European cohesion policy and funding opportunities, as well as to the dissemination of the results achieved on projects co-financed by EU funds. The employees of the EIC — Plovdiv work to increase transparency in the implementation of the programmes by building broad public trust and supporting the implementation of the integrated territorial approach in Bulgaria. The implementation of the project “Ensuring the functioning of the EIC — Plovdiv in the period 2022-2023” will help to obtain publicly available, free and timely information on EU funds. Целта на проекта е да осигури ефективното функциониране на Областен информационен център в гр. Пловдив през периода 2022 - 2023 год. и да гарантира правото на безплатен и пълен достъп до информация за възможностите за финансиране по ЕСИФ за всички социални, етнически и възрастови групи из цялата страна, като осигури широк набор от възможности за получаване на тази информация. ОИЦ - Пловдив работи за подобряване на прозрачността и популяризирането на проектите, финансирани от ЕС сред потенциалните бенефициенти, настоящите бенефициенти, медиите и медиаторите, както и широката общественост. Сужителите на ОИЦ предоставят информационни услуги и изпълняват комуникационни, експертни и логистични функции по повод популяризиране на ЕСИФ на територията на област Пловдив и всички общини в нея; осъществяват сътрудничество с управляващите органи/междинните звена на ОП; работят с национални, регионални медии и други мрежи за информация на ЕС, както и участват в регионалните съвети за развитие във връзка с прилагането на новия регионален подход в България и изпълнението на ИТИ през периода 2021 г. - 2027 г. Дейностите на ОИЦ - Пловдив допринасят за популяризиране на европейската политика за сближаване и възможностите за финансиране, както и за разпространение на постигнатите резултати по проекти, съ-финансирани от фондовете на ЕС. Служителите на ОИЦ - Пловдив работят за повишаване на прозрачността при изпълнението на програмите, като градят широко обществено доверие и подпомагат прилагането на интегрирания териториален подход в България. Реализирането на проект "Осигуряване функционирането на ОИЦ - Пловдив през периода 2022 - 2023 г." ще спомогне за получаването на общодостъпна, безплатна и своевременна информация за фондовете на ЕС. Като резултат от изпълнението на проектните дейности ще се надгради постигнатата до момента разпознаваемост на европейските фондове и програми. (Bulgarian)
