"БЛОКЧЕЙН ХЕЛТ" ЕООД е дружество, създадено през 2018 г. с основен предмет на дейност в областта на ИКТ.Настоящият проект има за своя основна цел осигуряване на устойчивото и конкурентоспособно развитие на предприятието посредством реализиране на пазара на предприемаческа идея, попадаща в секторите от НСНМСП, изведени като приоритетни за създаване и развитие на нови предприятия, а именно: J 63.99 Други информационни услуги, некласифицирани другаде - децентрализирана web-базирана информационна система, предназначена да обслужва застрахователите посредством предоставяне на регламентиран достъп на всички заинтересовани лица в процеса на предявяване, разглеждане на претенции, оценяване на щети по здравно-застрахователни събития - пациенти (застраховани лица), застрахователни дружества, лечебни заведения.Реализацията на предприемаческата идея ще има пряк положителен социален и екологичен ефект, като тя съответства и на тематичните области на Иновационната стратегия за интелигентна специализация.Проектът ще се реализира посредством изпълнение на следния комплекс от дейности:Дейност 1: Дейност за реализиране на пазара на предприемаческата идея - в рамките на която ще бъде:- сформиран екип от квалифициран персонал, необходим за реализация на предприемаческата идея;-реализирани инвестиции в ДМА и софтуер, създаващи необходимите технологични и програмни предпоставки за реализация на предприемаческата идея;- наето работно помещение;- създадена Интернет страница на Кандидата, популяризираща предприемаческата идея и подпомагаща пазарната й реализация;- изработен пазарен анализ и маркетингов план за пазарна реализация, създаващ предпоставки за успешна пазарна реализация, като източник на експертна информация за целесъобразни и съобразени със спецификата на пазара действия в този процес.Дейност 2: Дейност за визуализация на проекта - в резултат на която ще се осигури публичност и визуализация на проекта. Blockchain HELT Ltd. is a company established in 2018 with its main activity in the field of ICT. This project has as its main objective ensuring the sustainable and competitive development of the enterprise through the marketing of an entrepreneurial idea falling within the sectors of NSME, identified as priorities for the creation and development of new enterprises, namely: J 63.99 Other information services not elsewhere classified — a decentralised web-based information system designed to serve insurers by providing regulated access to all interested parties in the process of claiming, handling claims, assessing damage to health insurance events — patients (insured persons), insurance companies, health institutions. The implementation of the entrepreneurial idea will have a direct positive social and environmental effect, and it is also in line with the thematic areas of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation.The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following set of activities: Action 1: Activity for commercialisation of the entrepreneurial idea — within which it will be:- a team of qualified staff, necessary for the realisation of the entrepreneurial idea;- realised investments in FTA and software, creating the necessary technological and program prerequisites for realisation of the entrepreneurial idea;- rented a working room;- created a website of the Candidate, promoting the entrepreneurial idea and supporting its market realisation; — developed market analysis and marketing plan for market realisation, creating conditions for successful market realisation, as a source of expert information for appropriate and tailored to the specifics of the market actions in this process.Action 2: Project visualisation activity — as a result of which publicity and visualisation of the project will be ensured. Ce projet a pour objectif principal d’assurer le développement durable et concurrentiel de l’entreprise par la commercialisation d’une idée entrepreneuriale relevant des secteurs des NSME, identifiés comme prioritaires pour la création et le développement de nouvelles entreprises, à savoir: J 63.99 Autres services d’information non classés ailleurs — un système d’information décentralisé en ligne conçu pour desservir les assureurs en fournissant un accès réglementé à toutes les parties intéressées dans le processus de réclamation, de traitement des réclamations, d’évaluation des dommages causés par l’assurance maladie — patients (assurés), compagnies d’assurances, institutions de santé. La mise en œuvre de l’idée entrepreneuriale aura un effet social et environnemental positif direct, et elle est également conforme aux domaines thématiques de la Stratégie d’innovation pour la spécialisation intelligente.Le projet sera mis en œuvre par la mise en œuvre de l’ensemble d’activités ci-après: Action 1: Activité pour la commercialisation de l’idée entrepreneuriale — au sein de laquelle elle sera:- une équipe de personnel qualifié, nécessaire à la réalisation de l’idée entrepreneuriale;- des investissements réalisés dans les ALE et les logiciels, créant les conditions nécessaires à la réalisation de l’idée entrepreneuriale;- loué une salle de travail;- créé un site Web du candidat, en promouvant l’idée entrepreneuriale et soutenant sa réalisation de marché; — développé l’analyse de marché et le plan de marketing pour la réalisation du marché, créant les conditions d’une réalisation réussie du marché, comme source d’information experte pour appropriée et adaptée aux spécificités des actions de marché dans ce processus.Action 2: Activité de visualisation du projet — à la suite de laquelle la publicité et la visualisation du projet seront assurées. Dieses Projekt hat das Hauptziel, die nachhaltige und wettbewerbsfähige Entwicklung des Unternehmens durch die Vermarktung einer unternehmerischen Idee zu gewährleisten, die in die NSME-Sektoren fällt und als Prioritäten für die Gründung und Entwicklung neuer Unternehmen eingestuft wurde, nämlich: J 63.99 Weitere nicht anderweitig eingestufte Informationsdienste – ein dezentralisiertes webbasiertes Informationssystem, das den Versicherern dienen soll, indem sie allen Interessenten einen geregelten Zugang zu den Anträgen, der Bearbeitung von Ansprüchen, der Bewertung von Schäden an Krankenversicherungsereignissen – Patienten (versicherte Personen), Versicherungen, Gesundheitseinrichtungen – gewährt. Die Umsetzung der unternehmerischen Idee wird eine direkte positive soziale und ökologische Wirkung haben und steht auch im Einklang mit den Themenbereichen der Innovationsstrategie für intelligente Spezialisierung.Das Projekt wird durch die Umsetzung folgender Maßnahmen umgesetzt: Aktion 1: Tätigkeit für die Kommerzialisierung der unternehmerischen Idee – in der sie sein wird:- ein Team von qualifizierten Mitarbeitern, die für die Verwirklichung der unternehmerischen Idee notwendig sind;- realisierte Investitionen in FTA und Software, Schaffung der notwendigen technologischen und Programmvoraussetzungen für die Realisierung der unternehmerischen Idee;- gemietet einen Arbeitsraum;- erstellte eine Website des Kandidaten, Förderung der unternehmerischen Idee und Unterstützung seiner Marktumsetzung; – entwickelt Marktanalyse und Marketing-Plan für die Marktumsetzung, Schaffung von Bedingungen für erfolgreiche Marktumsetzung, als Quelle von Experteninformationen für die entsprechende und auf die Besonderheiten der Marktaktionen in diesem Prozess zugeschnitten.Aktion 2: Projektvisualisierungsaktivität – durch welche Werbung und Visualisierung des Projekts sichergestellt wird. Dit project heeft als belangrijkste doelstelling het waarborgen van de duurzame en concurrerende ontwikkeling van de onderneming door de marketing van een ondernemersidee binnen de sectoren van NSME, geïdentificeerd als prioriteiten voor de oprichting en ontwikkeling van nieuwe ondernemingen, namelijk: J 63.99 Andere informatiediensten, niet elders geclassificeerd — een gedecentraliseerd webgebaseerd informatiesysteem dat is ontworpen om verzekeraars te bedienen door gereguleerde toegang te bieden aan alle belanghebbenden bij het claimen, behandelen van claims, het beoordelen van schade aan ziekteverzekeringsgebeurtenissen — patiënten (verzekerden), verzekeringsmaatschappijen, zorginstellingen. De implementatie van het ondernemersidee zal een direct positief sociaal en milieu-effect hebben, en het is ook in overeenstemming met de thematische gebieden van de Innovatiestrategie voor slimme specialisatie.Het project zal worden uitgevoerd door de uitvoering van de volgende reeks activiteiten: actie 1: Activiteit voor commercialisering van het ondernemersidee — waarin het zal zijn:- een team van gekwalificeerd personeel, noodzakelijk voor de realisatie van het ondernemersidee;- gerealiseerde investeringen in FTA en software, het creëren van de nodige technologische en programmavoorwaarden voor de realisatie van het ondernemersidee;- huurde een werkkamer;- creëerde een website van de Kandidaat, het promoten van het ondernemersidee en het ondersteunen van de marktrealisatie; — ontwikkelde marktanalyse en marketingplan voor marktrealisatie, het creëren van voorwaarden voor succesvolle marktrealisatie, als bron van deskundige informatie voor passend en afgestemd op de specifieke kenmerken van de marktacties in dit proces.Actie 2: Project visualisatie-activiteit — waardoor de publiciteit en visualisatie van het project zal worden gewaarborgd. La aplicación de la idea empresarial tendrá un efecto social y ambiental positivo directo, y también está en consonancia con las áreas temáticas de la Estrategia de Innovación para la Especialización Inteligente.
