W celu spełnienia wymagań krajowych i europejskich Gmina Janowiec Wielkopolski zaplanowana inwestycję, będącą przedmiotem niniejszego projektu. Projekt realizowany będzie w województwie Kujawsko-Pomorskim na terenie Gminy Janowiec Wielkopolski w miejscowości Sarbinowo Drugie (aglomeracja Janowiec Wielkopolski). Inwestycja obejmuje budowę nowej kanalizacji grawitacyjnej umożliwiającej przełączenie istniejących rurociągów odprowadzających ścieki z posesji oraz budowę nowej sieci wodociągowej, która pozwoli na przyłączenie wszystkich posesji w zwartej zabudowie do sieci gminnej i odcięcie istniejącej, będącej w złym stanie technicznym. Obecnie infrastruktura charakteryzuje się dużą awaryjnością, wynikającą z pękania rur wodociągowych i zapychania się kanalizacji sanitarnej wykonanej z rur betonowych. Celem projektu jest polepszenie dostępu do systemu kanalizacji zbiorczej i wodociągu dostosowanych do wymogów prawa polskiego i unijnego, mieszkańcom Sarbinowa Drugiego, należących do aglomeracji Janowiec Wielkopolski.Wykonanie inwestycji przyczyni się do likwidacji problemów, które wiązały się z wcześniejszym stanem infrastruktury wodno - ściekowej na terenie miejscowości Sarbinowo Drugie, należącej do aglomeracji Janowiec Wielkopolski. In order to meet national and European requirements, Janowiec Wielkopolska Municipality has planned an investment, which is the subject of this project. The project will be implemented in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship in Janowiec Wielkopolski commune in Sarbinowo Second (agglomeration Janowiec Wielkopolski). The investment includes the construction of a new gravitational drainage system enabling the switching of existing sewage drains from the property and the construction of a new water supply network, which will allow the connection of all properties in a compact building to the municipal network and the cut-off of the existing, which is in poor technical condition. Today, the infrastructure is characterised by a large emergency due to the cracking of the water pipes and the clogging of the sanitary sewage system made of concrete pipes. The aim of the project is to improve access to the system of aggregate sewage and water supply adapted to the requirements of Polish and EU law, inhabitants of sarbinów Second, belonging to the Janowiec Wielkopolski agglomeration.The implementation of the investment will contribute to the elimination of problems associated with the earlier state of water and sewage infrastructure in Sarbinowo Second, belonging to the Janowiec Wielkopolski agglomeration. Afin de répondre aux exigences nationales et européennes de la municipalité de Janowiec Wielkopolski, l’investissement prévu, qui fait l’objet de ce projet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomeranian dans la municipalité de Janowiec Wielkopolski à Sarbinowo Drugie (agglomération Janowiec Wielkopolski). L’investissement comprend la construction d’un nouveau système de drainage gravitationnel permettant le raccordement des canalisations existantes à partir de la propriété et la construction d’un nouveau réseau d’approvisionnement en eau, qui permettra la connexion de toutes les propriétés dans des bâtiments compacts au réseau municipal et couper le réseau existant, qui est en mauvais état technique. À l’heure actuelle, l’infrastructure est caractérisée par une défaillance élevée, résultant de la fissuration des conduites d’eau et de l’obstruction du système d’assainissement des eaux usées en béton. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’accès au système de collecte et d’approvisionnement en eau adapté aux exigences du droit polonais et européen, aux habitants de Sarbinowo II, appartenant à l’agglomération de Janowiec Wielkopolski. La mise en œuvre de l’investissement contribuera à l’élimination des problèmes liés à l’état antérieur des infrastructures d’eau et d’assainissement de Sarbinowo Drugie, appartenant à l’agglomération de Janowiec Wielkopolski. Um den nationalen und europäischen Anforderungen der Gemeinde Janowiec Wielkopolski gerecht zu werden, ist die geplante Investition, die Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist. Das Projekt wird in der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pommern in Janowiec Wielkopolski Gemeinde Sarbinowo Drugie (Agglomeration Janowiec Wielkopolski) durchgeführt. Die Investition umfasst den Bau eines neuen Gravitationsentwässerungssystems, das den Anschluss von bestehenden Entwässerungsleitungen aus dem Grundstück und den Bau eines neuen Wasserversorgungsnetzes ermöglicht, das den Anschluss aller Objekte in kompakten Gebäuden an das kommunale Netz ermöglicht und die bestehende, in schlechtem technischen Zustand befindet, abbaut. Derzeit zeichnet sich die Infrastruktur durch einen hohen Ausfall aus, der sich aus dem Riss von Wasserrohren und der Verstopfung der sanitären Kanalisation aus Betonrohren ergibt. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu dem System der Kanalisation und der Wasserversorgung zu verbessern, das den Anforderungen des polnischen und des EU-Rechts angepasst ist, für die Bewohner von Sarbinowo II, die dem Ballungsraum Janowiec Wielkopolski angehören. Die Durchführung der Investition wird zur Beseitigung der Probleme beitragen, die mit dem früheren Zustand der Wasser- und Abwasserinfrastruktur in Sarbinowo Drugie, der zum Ballungsraum Janowiec Wielkopolski gehört, verbunden sind. Om te voldoen aan de nationale en Europese eisen van de gemeente Janowiec Wielkopolski, de geplande investering, die het voorwerp is van dit project. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in het woiwodschap Kujawsko-Pommeren in de gemeente Janowiec Wielkopolski in Sarbinowo Drugie (agglomeratie Janowiec Wielkopolski). De investering omvat de bouw van een nieuw gravitatieafvoersysteem dat de aansluiting van bestaande drainagepijpleidingen vanuit het pand mogelijk maakt en de aanleg van een nieuw waterleidingnet, dat de aansluiting van alle gebouwen in compacte gebouwen op het gemeentelijke netwerk mogelijk maakt en het bestaande netwerk, dat in slechte technische staat verkeert, afbreekt. Al fine di soddisfare le esigenze nazionali ed europee del comune di Janowiec Wielkopolski, l'investimento previsto, che è oggetto di questo progetto. Il progetto sarà attuato nel Voivodato di Kujawsko-Pomerania nel comune di Janowiec Wielkopolski a Sarbinowo Drugie (agglomerazione Janowiec Wielkopolski). L'investimento comprende la costruzione di un nuovo sistema di drenaggio gravitazionale che consenta il collegamento delle condotte di drenaggio esistenti dalla proprietà e la costruzione di una nuova rete di approvvigionamento idrico, che consentirà di collegare tutte le proprietà in edifici compatti alla rete comunale e di tagliare quella esistente, che è in cattive condizioni tecniche. Attualmente, l'infrastruttura è caratterizzata da un alto guasto, dovuto al cracking delle tubazioni dell'acqua e all'intasamento del sistema fognario sanitario realizzato con tubi di cemento. L'obiettivo del progetto è migliorare l'accesso al sistema delle reti fognarie e dell'approvvigionamento idrico adattato ai requisiti del diritto polacco e dell'UE, agli abitanti di Sarbinowo II, appartenente all'agglomerato di Janowiec Wielkopolski. L'attuazione dell'investimento contribuirà all'eliminazione dei problemi connessi al precedente stato delle infrastrutture idriche e fognarie di Sarbinowo Drugie, appartenente all'agglomerato di Janowiec Wielkopolski. Con el fin de cumplir los requisitos nacionales y europeos del Ayuntamiento de Janowiec Wielkopolski, la inversión prevista, que es el objeto de este proyecto. El proyecto se ejecutará en el Voivodato Kujawsko-Pomerania en el municipio de Janowiec Wielkopolski en Sarbinowo Drugie (aglomeración Janowiec Wielkopolski). La inversión incluye la construcción de un nuevo sistema de drenaje gravitacional que permita la conexión de tuberías de drenaje existentes desde la propiedad y la construcción de una nueva red de suministro de agua, que permitirá la conexión de todas las propiedades en edificios compactos a la red municipal y cortar la existente, que se encuentra en mal estado técnico. Actualmente, la infraestructura se caracteriza por un alto fallo, como resultado del agrietamiento de las tuberías de agua y la obstrucción del sistema sanitario de alcantarillado hecho de tuberías de hormigón. El objetivo del proyecto es mejorar el acceso al sistema de sistemas colectores y suministro de agua adaptados a las exigencias de la legislación polaca y de la UE, a los habitantes de Sarbinowo II, pertenecientes a la aglomeración de Janowiec Wielkopolski. La realización de la inversión contribuirá a la eliminación de los problemas relacionados con el estado anterior de la infraestructura de agua y alcantarillado en Sarbinowo Drugie, perteneciente a la aglomeración de Janowiec Wielkopolski.
