Проектът "За по-добър живот в община Ракитово" цели създаване на модел за насърчаване партньорството и сътрудничеството между местните власти и ромските общности чрез участието на всички институции, партньори и асоциирани партньори, работещи за интеграцията на тези целевите групи в българското общество. В проектното предложение са предвидени реализирането на дейности за активиране на икономически неактивни лица, психологическо подпомагане, социална и професионална интеграция на лица от целевите групи с фокус насърчаване участието им на пазара на труда и създаване на умения за успешно справяне на работното място и/или адаптиране към работните условия при включването им в заетост. Предвидено е обучение по ключова компетентност 4 „Дигитална компетентност”, което ще предостави възможност на обучените от целевата група за бъдеща реализация на пазара на труда. С оглед развитието на информационните и комуникационни технологии и нарастването на обема на наличната информация в Интернет възниква необходимостта от притежаване на специфични знания и умения за работа със съществуващата технологична инфраструктура от всеки един от нас. Ще бъде осигурена заетост на 35 лица от целевата група в община Ракитово. Друга основна дейност е повишаване информираността относно социалните и здравните права на маргинализираните групи, чрез провеждане на информационни кампании. Насърчаване семейното планиране промяна на практики, имащи негативно влияние върху социалното включване на младите хора от маргинализираните общности, повишаване на здравната култура. Предвидено е подпомагане на деца и ученици от етническите малцинства на територията на Община Ракитово в сферата на образованието, както и работа с родителите им за повишаване на интереса към образованието - семейна подкрепа на децата им в детската гради и извън нея за постигане на по-добри резултати. The project “For a Better Life in the Municipality of Rakitovo” aims to create a model for promoting partnership and cooperation between local authorities and Roma communities through the participation of all institutions, partners and associated partners working for the integration of these target groups into Bulgarian society. The project proposal provides for the implementation of activities for activation of economically inactive persons, psychological support, social and professional integration of people from the target groups with a focus on promoting their participation in the labour market and creating skills for successful job management and/or adaptation to the working conditions when they are included in employment. Training on key competences 4 “Digital Competence” is foreseen, which will enable those trained by the target group for further realisation in the labour market. In view of the development of information and communication technologies and the increase in the volume of information available on the Internet, there is a need to possess specific knowledge and skills to work with the existing technological infrastructure by each of us. 35 targeted persons in the municipality of Rakitovo will be employed. Another main activity is raising awareness of the social and health rights of marginalised groups through information campaigns. Promoting family planning to change practices that have a negative impact on the social inclusion of young people from marginalised communities, to enhance health culture. Support for children and students from ethnic minorities on the territory of Rakitovo Municipality in the field of education, as well as working with their parents to increase the interest in education — family support of their children in children’s towns and beyond to achieve better results is foreseen. Le projet «Pour une vie meilleure dans la municipalité de Rakitovo» vise à créer un modèle de promotion du partenariat et de la coopération entre les autorités locales et les communautés roms grâce à la participation de toutes les institutions, partenaires et partenaires associés œuvrant pour l’intégration de ces groupes cibles dans la société bulgare. La proposition de projet prévoit la mise en œuvre d’activités d’activation des personnes économiquement inactives, de soutien psychologique, d’intégration sociale et professionnelle des personnes appartenant aux groupes cibles, l’accent étant mis sur la promotion de leur participation au marché du travail et la création de compétences pour une gestion réussie de l’emploi et/ou l’adaptation aux conditions de travail lorsqu’elles sont incluses dans l’emploi. Formation sur les compétences clés 4 «Compétence numérique» est prévue, ce qui permettra aux personnes formées par le groupe cible de poursuivre leur réalisation sur le marché du travail. Compte tenu du développement des technologies de l’information et de la communication et de l’augmentation du volume d’informations disponibles sur Internet, il est nécessaire que chacun d’entre nous possède des connaissances et des compétences spécifiques pour travailler avec l’infrastructure technologique existante. 35 personnes ciblées dans la municipalité de Rakitovo seront employées. Une autre activité principale consiste à sensibiliser les groupes marginalisés aux droits sociaux et à la santé au moyen de campagnes d’information. Promouvoir la planification familiale afin de modifier les pratiques qui ont un impact négatif sur l’inclusion sociale des jeunes issus de communautés marginalisées, afin d’améliorer la culture sanitaire. Il est prévu de soutenir les enfants et les étudiants issus de minorités ethniques sur le territoire de la municipalité de Rakitovo dans le domaine de l’éducation, ainsi que de travailler avec leurs parents pour accroître l’intérêt pour l’éducation — soutien familial de leurs enfants dans les villes pour enfants et au-delà afin d’obtenir de meilleurs résultats. Das Projekt „Für ein besseres Leben in der Gemeinde Rakitovo“ zielt darauf ab, ein Modell zur Förderung der Partnerschaft und Zusammenarbeit zwischen lokalen Behörden und Roma-Gemeinschaften durch die Beteiligung aller Institutionen, Partner und assoziierten Partner zu schaffen, die sich für die Integration dieser Zielgruppen in die bulgarische Gesellschaft einsetzen. Der Projektvorschlag sieht die Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Aktivierung wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätiger Personen, psychologischer Unterstützung, sozialer und beruflicher Integration von Menschen aus den Zielgruppen vor, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Förderung ihrer Teilnahme am Arbeitsmarkt und der Schaffung von Fähigkeiten für erfolgreiches Stellenmanagement und/oder Anpassung an die Arbeitsbedingungen bei der Einbeziehung in die Beschäftigung liegt. Es ist eine Ausbildung zu Schlüsselkompetenzen 4 „Digitale Kompetenz“ vorgesehen, die es den von der Zielgruppe geschulten Personen ermöglichen wird, auf dem Arbeitsmarkt weiter zu verwirklichen. Im Hinblick auf die Entwicklung der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien und die Zunahme des Umfangs der im Internet verfügbaren Informationen ist es notwendig, über spezifische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zu verfügen, um von jedem von uns mit der bestehenden technologischen Infrastruktur zu arbeiten. 35 Zielpersonen in der Gemeinde Rakitovo werden beschäftigt sein. Eine weitere Hauptaktivität ist die Sensibilisierung für die sozialen und gesundheitlichen Rechte marginalisierter Gruppen durch Informationskampagnen. Förderung der Familienplanung, um Praktiken zu ändern, die sich negativ auf die soziale Eingliederung junger Menschen aus marginalisierten Gemeinschaften auswirken, um die Gesundheitskultur zu stärken. Unterstützung von Kindern und Studenten ethnischer Minderheiten auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Rakitovo im Bereich der Bildung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit ihren Eltern, um das Interesse an Bildung zu erhöhen – Familienunterstützung ihrer Kinder in den Städten und darüber hinaus, um bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen, ist vorgesehen. Het project „For a Better Life in the Municipality of Rakitovo” heeft tot doel een model te creëren voor de bevordering van partnerschap en samenwerking tussen lokale overheden en Roma-gemeenschappen door de deelname van alle instellingen, partners en geassocieerde partners die zich inzetten voor de integratie van deze doelgroepen in de Bulgaarse samenleving. Het projectvoorstel voorziet in de uitvoering van activiteiten voor de activering van economisch inactieven, psychologische ondersteuning, sociale en professionele integratie van mensen uit de doelgroepen, waarbij de nadruk ligt op het bevorderen van hun participatie op de arbeidsmarkt en het creëren van vaardigheden voor succesvol banenbeheer en/of aanpassing aan de arbeidsomstandigheden wanneer zij in de arbeidsmarkt zijn opgenomen. Opleiding over sleutelcompetenties 4 „Digitale competentie” is gepland, waardoor degenen die door de doelgroep zijn opgeleid, in staat zullen zijn de arbeidsmarkt verder te verwezenlijken. Met het oog op de ontwikkeling van de informatie- en communicatietechnologieën en de toename van de hoeveelheid informatie die op het internet beschikbaar is, moeten we beschikken over specifieke kennis en vaardigheden om met de bestaande technologische infrastructuur van ieder van ons te kunnen werken. 35 beoogde personen in de gemeente Rakitovo zullen in dienst zijn. Een andere belangrijke activiteit is de bewustmaking van de sociale en gezondheidsrechten van gemarginaliseerde groepen door middel van voorlichtingscampagnes. Bevordering van gezinsplanning om praktijken te veranderen die een negatief effect hebben op de sociale inclusie van jongeren uit gemarginaliseerde gemeenschappen, om de gezondheidscultuur te verbeteren. Er is steun gepland voor kinderen en studenten uit etnische minderheden op het grondgebied van de gemeente Rakitovo op het gebied van onderwijs, en om samen met hun ouders de belangstelling voor onderwijs te vergroten — gezinsondersteuning van hun kinderen in en daarbuiten om betere resultaten te bereiken. Il progetto "Per una vita migliore nel comune di Rakitovo" mira a creare un modello per promuovere il partenariato e la cooperazione tra le autorità locali e le comunità rom attraverso la partecipazione di tutte le istituzioni, partner e partner associati che lavorano per l'integrazione di questi gruppi destinatari nella società bulgara. La proposta di progetto prevede l'attuazione di attività per l'attivazione di persone economicamente inattive, il sostegno psicologico, l'integrazione sociale e professionale delle persone provenienti dai gruppi destinatari, con particolare attenzione alla promozione della loro partecipazione al mercato del lavoro e alla creazione di competenze per una gestione efficace del lavoro e/o per l'adattamento alle condizioni di lavoro quando sono incluse nel mondo del lavoro. È prevista una formazione sulle competenze chiave 4 "Competenza digitale", che consentirà alle persone formate dal gruppo destinatario di essere ulteriormente realizzate sul mercato del lavoro. In considerazione dello sviluppo delle tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione e dell'aumento del volume di informazioni disponibili su Internet, è necessario possedere conoscenze e competenze specifiche per lavorare con l'infrastruttura tecnologica esistente da ciascuno di noi. Saranno impiegate 35 persone destinatarie nel comune di Rakitovo. Un'altra attività principale è la sensibilizzazione sui diritti sociali e sanitari dei gruppi emarginati attraverso campagne di informazione. Promuovere la pianificazione familiare per cambiare le pratiche che hanno un impatto negativo sull'inclusione sociale dei giovani provenienti da comunità emarginate, per migliorare la cultura sanitaria. È previsto un sostegno ai bambini e agli studenti appartenenti a minoranze etniche sul territorio del comune di Rakitovo nel settore dell'istruzione, nonché a lavorare con i genitori per aumentare l'interesse per l'istruzione — il sostegno familiare dei loro figli nelle città dei bambini e oltre per ottenere risultati migliori. El proyecto «Por una vida mejor en el municipio de Rakitovo» tiene por objeto crear un modelo para promover la asociación y la cooperación entre las autoridades locales y las comunidades romaníes mediante la participación de todas las instituciones, socios y socios asociados que trabajan para la integración de estos grupos destinatarios en la sociedad búlgara. La propuesta de proyecto prevé la realización de actividades para la activación de personas económicamente inactivas, el apoyo psicológico, la integración social y profesional de las personas de los grupos destinatarios, centrándose en la promoción de su participación en el mercado laboral y la creación de competencias para una gestión satisfactoria del empleo o la adaptación a las condiciones de trabajo cuando estén incluidas en el empleo. Se prevé una formación sobre las competencias clave 4 «Competencia digital», que permitirá a las personas formadas por el grupo destinatario una mayor realización en el mercado laboral. Teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones y el aumento del volumen de información disponible en Internet, es necesario poseer conocimientos y competencias específicos para trabajar con la infraestructura tecnológica existente por cada uno de nosotros. 35 personas seleccionadas en el municipio de Rakitovo estarán empleadas. Otra actividad principal es la sensibilización sobre los derechos sociales y sanitarios de los grupos marginados mediante campañas de información. Promover la planificación familiar para cambiar las prácticas que tienen un impacto negativo en la inclusión social de los jóvenes de comunidades marginadas, a fin de mejorar la cultura de la salud. Apoyo a los niños y estudiantes de minorías étnicas en el territorio del municipio de Rakitovo en el ámbito de la educación, así como trabajar con sus padres para aumentar el interés por la educación; se prevé el apoyo familiar de sus hijos en las ciudades infantiles y fuera de ella para lograr mejores resultados.
