    Statements

    Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност на жилищни сгради: ул. "Бурденис" № 8, ул. "Стефан Стамболов" №16, бул. "България" №132. Проектът предвижда въвеждане на енергоефективни мерки, описани в енергийното и техническото обследване. Дейностите в проекта са както следва : инженеринг за изпълнение на мерките по енергийна ефективност, строителен и авторски надзор, одит, управление на проекта и публичност. Целевата група са жителите на блоковете като съответно постигнатите резултати ще имат трайна устойчивост и въздействие върху бъдещите потребители. Планираните дейности ще доведат до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградите, което пряко ще допринесе за намаляване на крайнотото потребление на енергия и косвено - за намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове. Като резултат от проекта ще се модернизират жилищни сгради, ще се осигури рентабилна експлоатация и ще се постигне клас на енергопотребление "C". (Bulgarian)

    This project proposal aims at improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings: 8, Bourdenis Street, 16 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., 132 Bulgaria Blvd. The project envisages the introduction of energy-efficient measures described in the energy and technical audit. The project activities are as follows: engineering for implementation of energy efficiency measures, construction and copyright supervision, auditing, project management and publicity. The target group is the residents of the blocks and the results achieved will have lasting sustainability and impact on future users. The planned activities will improve the energy efficiency of buildings, which will directly contribute to reducing final energy consumption and indirectly to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The project will modernise residential buildings, ensure cost-effective operation and achieve energy consumption class C. (English)

    La présente proposition de projet vise à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments résidentiels: 8, rue Bourdenis, 16 boul. Stefan Stambolov, 132 Bulgarie Blvd. Le projet prévoit l’introduction de mesures d’efficacité énergétique décrites dans l’audit énergétique et technique. Les activités du projet sont les suivantes: ingénierie pour la mise en œuvre de mesures d’efficacité énergétique, la supervision de la construction et du droit d’auteur, l’audit, la gestion de projets et la publicité. Le groupe cible est les résidents des blocs et les résultats obtenus auront une durabilité durable et un impact sur les futurs utilisateurs. Les activités prévues amélioreront l’efficacité énergétique des bâtiments, ce qui contribuera directement à réduire la consommation finale d’énergie et indirectement à réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Le projet permettra de moderniser les bâtiments résidentiels, d’assurer un fonctionnement rentable et d’atteindre la classe de consommation d’énergie C. (French)

    Dieser Projektvorschlag zielt auf die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz von Wohngebäuden ab: 8, Bourdenis Straße, 16 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., 132 Bulgarien Blvd. Das Projekt sieht die Einführung energieeffizienter Maßnahmen vor, die im Energie- und Technikaudit beschrieben werden. Die Projektaktivitäten sind wie folgt: Engineering für die Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen, Bau- und Urheberrechtsüberwachung, Auditing, Projektmanagement und Publizität. Zielgruppe sind die Bewohner der Blöcke und die erzielten Ergebnisse werden nachhaltige Nachhaltigkeit und Auswirkungen auf zukünftige Nutzer haben. Die geplanten Maßnahmen werden die Energieeffizienz von Gebäuden verbessern, was direkt zur Verringerung des Endenergieverbrauchs und indirekt zur Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen beitragen wird. Das Projekt soll Wohngebäude modernisieren, einen kostengünstigen Betrieb gewährleisten und den Energieverbrauch der Klasse C erreichen. (German)

    Dit projectvoorstel heeft tot doel de energie-efficiëntie van woongebouwen te verbeteren: 8, Bourdenis Street, 16 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., 132 Bulgarije Blvd. Het project voorziet in de invoering van energie-efficiënte maatregelen zoals beschreven in de energie- en technische audit. De projectactiviteiten zijn als volgt: engineering voor de uitvoering van energie-efficiëntiemaatregelen, bouw- en auteursrechttoezicht, auditing, projectbeheer en publiciteit. De doelgroep is de bewoners van de blokken en de behaalde resultaten zullen duurzame duurzaamheid en impact hebben op toekomstige gebruikers. De geplande activiteiten zullen de energie-efficiëntie van gebouwen verbeteren, wat direct zal bijdragen tot een vermindering van het eindenergieverbruik en indirect tot een vermindering van de uitstoot van broeikasgassen.     La presente proposta di progetto mira a migliorare l'efficienza energetica degli edifici residenziali: 8, Bourdenis Street, 16 Stefan Stambolov Blvd., 132 Bulgaria Blvd. Il progetto prevede l'introduzione di misure efficienti sotto il profilo energetico descritte nell'audit energetico e tecnico. Le attività del progetto sono le seguenti: ingegneria per l'attuazione di misure di efficienza energetica, costruzione e supervisione del diritto d'autore, auditing, gestione dei progetti e pubblicità. Il gruppo target è i residenti dei blocchi e i risultati raggiunti avranno una sostenibilità duratura e un impatto sui futuri utenti. Le attività previste miglioreranno l'efficienza energetica degli edifici, contribuendo direttamente alla riduzione del consumo finale di energia e indirettamente alla riduzione delle emissioni di gas a effetto serra. Il progetto ammodernerà gli edifici residenziali, garantirà un funzionamento efficiente sotto il profilo dei costi e raggiungerà la classe di consumo energetico C. (Italian)

Las actividades del proyecto son las siguientes: ingeniería para la implementación de medidas de eficiencia energética, construcción y supervisión de derechos de autor, auditoría, gestión de proyectos y publicidad. El grupo destinatario son los residentes de los bloques y los resultados obtenidos tendrán una sostenibilidad y un impacto duraderos en los futuros usuarios. Las actividades previstas mejorarán la eficiencia energética de los edificios, lo que contribuirá directamente a reducir el consumo final de energía e indirectamente a la reducción de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero.
