    Настоящото проектно предложение е замислено с идеята, планираните в него дейности изцяло да кореспондират с основната цел на процедурата „Ново работно място 2015“. Съобразявайки се с нея, Кандидатът си поставя следната основна цел: Създаване на 4 устойчиви работни места и възможност за професионална реализация за 4 безработни и неактивни лицаТази цел ще бъде осъществена посредством реализиране на следните дейности:- Подбор и назначаване на крайни бенефициенти;- Пригодяване на достъпна работна среда за хора с увреждания;- Оборудване и обзавеждане на новите работни места;- Организиране и провеждане на обучение по ключова компетентност 2 „Общуване на чужди езици“;- Публичност и информираност;- Организация и управление.В следствие на описаните дейности, ще бъдат постигнати следните резултати:- Разкрити 4 нови работни места във фирмата-бенефициент, снабдени с необходимото оборудване; - Назначени 4 лица, представители на целевата група; сключени трудови договора с тях за период от 12 м.;- Запазени работни места за мин. 12 м. на 2 от наетите лица след приключване на дейностите по проекта;- Адаптирана работна среда, отговаряща на нормите за работни места на хора с увреждания;- 4 представители на целевата група с подобрени умения за общуване на Английски език; - Осъществени инициативи за навременно информиране на обществеността за целите, дейностите и резултатите от проекта;- Създаден екип за организация и управление на проекта.Описаните по-горе дейности ще бъдат адресирани към целева група: безработни и неактивни лица. В проектните дейности се предвижда да бъдат включени конкретно 4 лица, от тях 1 лице ще е безработен на възраст от 30 до 54 г. вкл., а останалите трима (75% от общия брой) ще бъдат представители на специфичните за проекта категории, в т. ч. 1 безработно лице с увреждания и 2 безработни младежи до 29 год..     This project proposal is designed with the idea that the activities planned therein should correspond fully with the main purpose of the New Workplace 2015 procedure. Taking into account it, the Candidate has the following main objective: Creation of 4 sustainable jobs and job opportunities for 4 unemployed and inactive personsThis goal will be realised through the realisation of the following activities:- Selection and appointment of final beneficiaries;- adaptation of accessible working environment for people with disabilities;- Equipment and furnishing of new workplaces;- Organisation and implementation of training on key competences 2 “Communication of foreign languages”;- Publicity and information;- Organisation and management. As a result of the activities described, the following results will be achieved:- 4 new jobs in the beneficiary company, equipped with the necessary equipment; — 4 persons appointed, representatives of the target group; signed employment contracts with them for a period of 12 m;- Reserved jobs for min. 12 m. of 2 employees after completion of the project activities;- Adapted working environment meeting the standards for workplaces of people with disabilities;- 4 representatives of the target group with improved communication skills in English; — Implemented initiatives to inform the public in a timely manner about the objectives, activities and results of the project;- Established team for project organisation and management.The activities described above will be addressed to a target group: unemployed and inactive. In the project activities it is envisaged to include specifically 4 persons, of which 1 person will be unemployed between 30 and 54 years of age, and the remaining three (75 % of the total) will be representatives of the specific categories of the project, including 1 unemployed person with disabilities and 2 unemployed young people up to 29.     Cette proposition de projet est conçue avec l’idée que les activités qui y sont prévues devraient correspondre pleinement à l’objectif principal de la procédure «Nouveau lieu de travail 2015». Compte tenu de cela, le candidat poursuit l’objectif principal suivant: Création de 4 emplois durables et possibilités d’emploi pour 4 chômeurs et inactifsCet objectif sera atteint par la réalisation des activités suivantes:- Sélection et nomination des bénéficiaires finaux;- adaptation d’un environnement de travail accessible aux personnes handicapées;- Equipement et aménagement de nouveaux lieux de travail;- Organisation et mise en œuvre de formations sur les compétences clés 2 «Communication des langues étrangères»;- Publicité et information;- Organisation et gestion. — 4 personnes nommées, représentants du groupe cible; contrats de travail signés avec eux pour une période de 12 m;- emplois réservés pour un minimum de 12 m. de 2 employés après l’achèvement des activités du projet;- environnement de travail adapté répondant aux normes applicables aux lieux de travail des personnes handicapées;- 4 représentants du groupe cible ayant des compétences de communication améliorées en anglais;— — Mise en oeuvre d’initiatives visant à informer le public en temps opportun des objectifs, des activités et des résultats du projet;- Établissement d’une équipe chargée de l’organisation et de la gestion du projet.Les activités décrites ci-dessus s’adressent à un groupe cible: chômeurs et inactifs.     Dieser Projektvorschlag ist mit der Idee konzipiert, dass die darin vorgesehenen Tätigkeiten voll und ganz dem Hauptzweck des neuen Arbeitsplatzverfahrens 2015 entsprechen sollten. Unter Berücksichtigung dieses Ziels verfolgt der Bewerber vor allem folgendes Ziel: Schaffung von 4 nachhaltigen Arbeitsplätzen und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für 4 Arbeitslose und NichterwerbstätigeDieses Ziel wird durch die Durchführung folgender Tätigkeiten verwirklicht:- Auswahl und Ernennung der Endbegünstigten;- Anpassung des zugänglichen Arbeitsumfelds für Menschen mit Behinderungen;- Ausstattung und Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze;- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Schlüsselkompetenzen 2 „Kommunikation der Fremdsprachen“;- Öffentlichkeit und Information;- Organisation und Management. — 4 ernannte Personen, Vertreter der Zielgruppe; unterzeichnete Arbeitsverträge mit ihnen für einen Zeitraum von 12 m;- Reservierte Arbeitsplätze für mind. 12 Mio. von 2 Mitarbeitern nach Abschluss der Projektaktivitäten;- Anpassung des Arbeitsumfelds, das die Standards für den Arbeitsplatz von Menschen mit Behinderungen erfüllt;- 4 Vertreter der Zielgruppe mit verbesserten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache; — Durchgeführte Initiativen, um die Öffentlichkeit rechtzeitig über die Ziele, Aktivitäten und Ergebnisse des Projekts zu informieren;- Established Team für Projektorganisation und -management.Die oben beschriebenen Aktivitäten werden an eine Zielgruppe gerichtet: Arbeitslose und Nichterwerbstätige.     Dit projectvoorstel is ontworpen met het idee dat de daarin geplande activiteiten volledig in overeenstemming moeten zijn met het hoofddoel van de procedure voor de nieuwe werkplek 2015. Rekening houdend met deze doelstelling heeft de kandidaat de volgende hoofddoelstelling: Het creëren van 4 duurzame banen en arbeidskansen voor 4 werklozen en inactievenDit doel zal worden verwezenlijkt door de verwezenlijking van de volgende activiteiten:- Selectie en benoeming van eindbegunstigden;- aanpassing van toegankelijke werkomgeving voor mensen met een handicap;- Apparatuur en inrichting van nieuwe werkplekken;- Organisatie en implementatie van opleiding op sleutelcompetenties 2 „Communicatie van vreemde talen”;- Publiciteit en informatie;- Organisatie en management.     La presente proposta di progetto è concepita con l'idea che le attività ivi previste dovrebbero corrispondere pienamente allo scopo principale della procedura "New Workplace 2015". Tenendo conto di ciò, il candidato ha il seguente obiettivo principale: Creazione di 4 posti di lavoro sostenibili e opportunità di lavoro per 4 persone disoccupate e inattive Questo obiettivo sarà realizzato attraverso la realizzazione delle seguenti attività:- Selezione e nomina dei beneficiari finali;- adeguamento dell'ambiente di lavoro accessibile per le persone con disabilità;- Attrezzature e arredamento di nuovi luoghi di lavoro;- Organizzazione e realizzazione di formazione sulle competenze chiave 2 "Comunicazione delle lingue straniere";- Pubblicità e informazione;- Organizzazione e gestione. In seguito alle attività descritte, saranno raggiunti i seguenti risultati:- 4 nuovi posti di lavoro nell'azienda beneficiaria, dotati delle attrezzature necessarie; — 4 persone nominate, rappresentanti del gruppo destinatario; firmare contratti di lavoro con loro per un periodo di 12 m;- posti di lavoro riservati per min. 12 m. di 2 dipendenti dopo il completamento delle attività del progetto;- Ambiente di lavoro adattato che soddisfa gli standard per i luoghi di lavoro delle persone con disabilità;- 4 rappresentanti del gruppo target con migliori capacità di comunicazione in inglese; — Iniziative attuate per informare tempestivamente il pubblico sugli obiettivi, le attività e i risultati del progetto;- team istituito per l'organizzazione e la gestione del progetto. Le attività sopra descritte saranno indirizzate a un gruppo di destinatari: disoccupati e inattivi. Nelle attività del progetto si prevede di includere nello specifico 4 persone, di cui 1 disoccupato di età compresa tra i 30 e i 54 anni, mentre i restanti tre (75 % del totale) saranno rappresentanti delle categorie specifiche del progetto, tra cui 1 disoccupato con disabilità e 2 giovani disoccupati fino a 29.     Esta propuesta de proyecto está diseñada con la idea de que las actividades previstas en ella deben corresponder plenamente al objetivo principal del procedimiento de Nuevo Lugar de Trabajo 2015. Teniendo en cuenta esto, el candidato tiene el siguiente objetivo principal: Creación de 4 empleos sostenibles y oportunidades de empleo para 4 personas desempleadas e inactivasEste objetivo se logrará mediante la realización de las siguientes actividades:- Selección y nombramiento de beneficiarios finales;- Adaptación de un entorno de trabajo accesible para las personas con discapacidad;- Equipamiento y equipamiento de nuevos lugares de trabajo;- Organización e implementación de capacitación sobre competencias clave 2 «Comunicación de idiomas extranjeros»;- Publicidad e información;- Organización y gestión. Como resultado de las actividades descritas, se lograrán los siguientes resultados:- 4 nuevos puestos de trabajo en la empresa beneficiaria, equipados con el equipo necesario; — Cuatro personas designadas, representantes del grupo destinatario; contratos de trabajo firmados con ellos por un período de 12 m;- Trabajos reservados para un mínimo de 12 m. de 2 empleados después de la finalización de las actividades del proyecto;- un entorno de trabajo adaptado que cumpla las normas para los lugares de trabajo de las personas con discapacidad;- 4 representantes del grupo destinatario con habilidades de comunicación mejoradas en inglés; — Puesta en marcha de iniciativas para informar oportunamente al público sobre los objetivos, actividades y resultados del proyecto;- Equipo establecido para la organización y gestión del proyecto. Las actividades descritas anteriormente se dirigirán a un grupo destinatario: desempleados e inactivos. En las actividades del proyecto se prevé incluir específicamente a cuatro personas, de las cuales una estará desempleada entre los 30 y los 54 años de edad, y las tres restantes (75 % del total) serán representantes de las categorías específicas del proyecto, entre ellas una persona desempleada con discapacidad y dos jóvenes desempleados de hasta 29 años.
