Настоящото проектно предложение на Евромет ООД е продиктувано от целенасоченото решение за усъвършенстване и оптимизиране на процесите в дружеството с цел повишаване на управленския капацитет на дружеството. Развитието на управленския капацитет ще бъде постигнат посредством внедряване и сертифициране на международно признати стандарти, които ще гарантират нагледност и прозрачност на управлението. Управлението на ресурсите и постигането на оптимални цели ще се осъществи чрез: внедряване и сертифициране на интегрирана система за управление съгласно ISO 9001:2015 и ISO 14001:2015 и система за управление съгласно ISO 3834-2:2006 с оглед осигуряване на качеството на продуктите и следване на фирмената политика и международни норми по опазване на околната среда чрез регулирано оползотворяване на отпадъци. Дружеството е със статут на малко предприятие, което го прави допустимо по отношение на целевата група. Целите са развитие на управленския капацитет и растеж на Евромет ООД чрез внедряване и сертифициране на международно признати стандарти и постигане на съответствие на продуктите с изискванията на предвидените международно признати стандарти. Като резултат, ще се подобри управленският капацитет на дружеството, ще осигури неговото устойчиво развитие, което от своя страна ще повиши производителността му, а също така ще доведе до все по-успешното присъствие на дружеството на конкуретни външни пазари и разширяване на пазарните позиции на международните пазари. Проектът ще се реализира посредством следните основни дейности:1.Дейности за развитие и укрепване на управленския капацитет чрез:1.1Внедряване и сертифициране на интегрирана система за управление съгласно ISO 9001:2015 и ISO 14001:2015;1.2Внедряване и сертифициране на система за управление на качеството при заваряване чрез стопяване на метални материали съгласно ISO 3834-2:2006;2.Закупуване на ДМА, допринасящи за въвеждане и постигане на съответствие с изискванията на стандарт ISO 9001:2015;3.Визуализация на проекта. The present project proposal of Euromet Ltd. is dictated by the targeted solution for improving and optimising the processes in the company in order to increase the management capacity of the company. The development of management capacity will be achieved through the implementation and certification of internationally recognised standards that will ensure visibility and transparency of governance. The management of resources and the achievement of optimal objectives will be achieved by: implementation and certification of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and a management system according to ISO 3834-2:2006 with a view to ensuring product quality and following company policy and international environmental standards through regulated waste recovery. The company has the status of a small enterprise, which makes it eligible for the target group. The objectives are development of the management capacity and growth of Euromet Ltd. through implementation and certification of internationally recognised standards and achieving compliance of the products with the requirements of the internationally recognised standards. As a result, the company’s management capacity will be improved, ensuring its sustainable development, which in turn will increase its productivity, and will also lead to an increasingly successful presence of the company in competitive foreign markets and the expansion of market positions in international markets. The project will be implemented through the following main activities:1.Activities for development and strengthening of the management capacity through:1.1Implementation and certification of integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015;1.2Implementation and certification of a quality management system for welding by melting metal materials according to ISO 3834-2:2006;2.Purchase of FTA contributing to the implementation and compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;3.Visualisation of the project. La présente proposition de projet d’Euromet Ltd. est dictée par la solution ciblée pour améliorer et optimiser les processus dans l’entreprise afin d’augmenter la capacité de gestion de l’entreprise. Le développement de la capacité de gestion se fera par la mise en œuvre et la certification de normes internationalement reconnues qui assureront la visibilité et la transparence de la gouvernance. La gestion des ressources et la réalisation d’objectifs optimaux seront réalisées par les moyens suivants: mise en œuvre et certification d’un système de gestion intégré selon les normes ISO 9001:2015 et ISO 14001:2015 et d’un système de gestion conforme à la norme ISO 3834-2:2006 en vue d’assurer la qualité des produits et de respecter la politique de l’entreprise et les normes environnementales internationales grâce à la valorisation réglementée des déchets. La société a le statut de petite entreprise, ce qui la rend éligible au groupe cible. Les objectifs sont le développement de la capacité de gestion et la croissance d’Euromet Ltd. grâce à la mise en œuvre et à la certification de normes internationalement reconnues et à la conformité des produits aux exigences des normes internationalement reconnues. En conséquence, la capacité de gestion de l’entreprise sera améliorée, assurant son développement durable, ce qui augmentera sa productivité et conduira également à une présence de plus en plus réussie de l’entreprise sur des marchés étrangers concurrentiels et à l’expansion des positions de marché sur les marchés internationaux. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par l’intermédiaire de activities:1.Activities principal pour le développement et le renforcement de la capacité de gestion through:1.1Implementation et la certification du système de gestion intégrée selon ISO 9001:2015 et ISO 14001:2015;1.2Mise en œuvre et certification d’un système de gestion de la qualité pour le soudage par fusion de matériaux métalliques selon ISO 3834-2:2006;2.Achat de FTA contribuant à la mise en œuvre et au respect des exigences de la norme ISO 9001:2015;3.Visualisation du projet. Der vorliegende Projektvorschlag der Euromet Ltd. wird durch die gezielte Lösung zur Verbesserung und Optimierung der Prozesse im Unternehmen bestimmt, um die Managementkapazität des Unternehmens zu erhöhen. Der Aufbau von Managementkapazitäten wird durch die Umsetzung und Zertifizierung international anerkannter Standards erreicht, die die Sichtbarkeit und Transparenz der Governance gewährleisten. Die Verwaltung der Ressourcen und die Erreichung optimaler Ziele werden erreicht durch: Implementierung und Zertifizierung eines integrierten Managementsystems nach ISO 9001:2015 und ISO 14001:2015 sowie eines Managementsystems nach ISO 3834-2:2006 im Hinblick auf die Gewährleistung der Produktqualität und der Einhaltung der Unternehmenspolitik und der internationalen Umweltstandards durch regulierte Abfallverwertung. Das Unternehmen hat den Status eines kleinen Unternehmens, wodurch es für die Zielgruppe in Frage kommt. Die Ziele sind die Entwicklung der Managementkapazität und des Wachstums der Euromet Ltd. durch die Umsetzung und Zertifizierung international anerkannter Standards und die Einhaltung der Anforderungen der international anerkannten Standards. Dadurch werden die Managementkapazitäten des Unternehmens verbessert und die nachhaltige Entwicklung gewährleistet, die wiederum seine Produktivität steigern wird und auch zu einer immer erfolgreichen Präsenz des Unternehmens in wettbewerbsfähigen Auslandsmärkten und dem Ausbau von Marktpositionen auf internationalen Märkten führen wird. Das Projekt wird über die folgenden wichtigsten activities:1.Activities für die Entwicklung und Stärkung der Managementkapazität through:1.1Implementation und Zertifizierung des integrierten Managementsystems nach ISO 9001:2015 und ISO 14001:2015;1.2Implementierung und Zertifizierung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems für Schweißen durch Schmelzen von Metallmaterialien nach ISO 3834-2:2006 durchgeführt werden;2.Kauf von FTA Beitrag zur Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Anforderungen von ISO 9001:2015;3.Visualisierung des Projekts. Het huidige projectvoorstel van Euromet Ltd. wordt bepaald door de doelgerichte oplossing voor het verbeteren en optimaliseren van de processen in het bedrijf om de managementcapaciteit van het bedrijf te vergroten. De ontwikkeling van de beheerscapaciteit zal worden verwezenlijkt door de toepassing en certificering van internationaal erkende normen die de zichtbaarheid en transparantie van het bestuur zullen waarborgen. Het beheer van de middelen en de verwezenlijking van optimale doelstellingen zullen worden bereikt door: implementatie en certificering van een geïntegreerd beheersysteem volgens ISO 9001:2015 en ISO 14001:2015 en een beheersysteem volgens ISO 3834-2:2006 met het oog op het waarborgen van de productkwaliteit en het volgen van bedrijfsbeleid en internationale milieunormen door gereguleerde afvalterugwinning. Het bedrijf heeft de status van een kleine onderneming, waardoor het in aanmerking komt voor de doelgroep. De doelstellingen zijn de ontwikkeling van de beheerscapaciteit en de groei van Euromet Ltd. door de implementatie en certificering van internationaal erkende normen en het bereiken van overeenstemming van de producten met de eisen van de internationaal erkende normen. Als gevolg daarvan zal de managementcapaciteit van de onderneming worden verbeterd, waardoor de duurzame ontwikkeling wordt gewaarborgd, wat op zijn beurt haar productiviteit zal verhogen, en ook zal leiden tot een steeds succesvollere aanwezigheid van het bedrijf op concurrerende buitenlandse markten en de uitbreiding van marktposities op internationale markten. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd via de volgende belangrijkste activities:1.Activities voor de ontwikkeling en versterking van de beheerscapaciteit through:1.1Implementation en de certificering van geïntegreerd beheersysteem volgens ISO 9001:2015 en ISO 14001:2015;1.2Uitvoering en certificering van een kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem voor lassen door het smelten van metalen materialen volgens ISO 3834-2:2006;2.Aankoop van vrijhandelsovereenkomst die bijdraagt tot de uitvoering en naleving van de eisen van ISO 9001:2015;3.Visualisatie van het project. L'attuale proposta di progetto di Euromet Ltd. è dettata dalla soluzione mirata per migliorare e ottimizzare i processi in azienda al fine di aumentare la capacità gestionale dell'azienda. Lo sviluppo della capacità di gestione sarà realizzato attraverso l'attuazione e la certificazione di norme riconosciute a livello internazionale che garantiranno visibilità e trasparenza della governance. La gestione delle risorse e il conseguimento di obiettivi ottimali saranno conseguiti mediante: implementazione e certificazione di un sistema di gestione integrato secondo ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015 e di un sistema di gestione secondo ISO 3834-2:2006 al fine di garantire la qualità del prodotto e seguire la politica aziendale e gli standard ambientali internazionali attraverso il recupero regolamentato dei rifiuti. La società ha lo status di piccola impresa, il che la rende ammissibile per il gruppo destinatario. Gli obiettivi sono lo sviluppo della capacità di gestione e la crescita di Euromet Ltd. attraverso l'implementazione e la certificazione di standard riconosciuti a livello internazionale e il raggiungimento della conformità dei prodotti ai requisiti degli standard riconosciuti a livello internazionale. La presente propuesta de proyecto de Euromet Ltd. está dictada por la solución específica para mejorar y optimizar los procesos en la empresa con el fin de aumentar la capacidad de gestión de la empresa. El desarrollo de la capacidad de gestión se logrará mediante la aplicación y certificación de normas internacionalmente reconocidas que garanticen la visibilidad y la transparencia de la gobernanza. La gestión de los recursos y el logro de los objetivos óptimos se lograrán mediante: implantación y certificación de un sistema de gestión integrado según las normas ISO 9001:2015 e ISO 14001:2015 y de un sistema de gestión conforme a la norma ISO 3834-2:2006 con el fin de garantizar la calidad del producto y seguir la política de la empresa y las normas medioambientales internacionales a través de la valorización regulada de residuos. La empresa tiene la condición de pequeña empresa, lo que la convierte en elegible para el grupo destinatario. Los objetivos son el desarrollo de la capacidad de gestión y crecimiento de Euromet Ltd. a través de la implementación y certificación de estándares internacionalmente reconocidos y el logro de la conformidad de los productos con los requisitos de las normas internacionalmente reconocidas.
