We spelen hiermee in op de toenemende stijging van langdurig ziekteverzuim. We spreken dan van ziekteverzuim vanaf een 1 maand tot meer dan een jaar afwezigheid. In 2018 zat bijna 392.000 mensen langer dan een jaar ziek thuis. Dat waren er 20 (Dutch)

The societal challenge we want to tackle with this project is ‘the reintegration of workers after experiencing a burnout’. We are responding to the increasing increase in long-term absenteeism.
