Projekt se zaměřuje na podporu multidisciplinární práce s ohroženými dětmi a jejich rodinami v Brně. Zřízení interdisciplinárního týmu pro ohrožené děti v kombinaci s dalšími podpůrnými procesy a aktivitami umožní těmto dětem a rodinám mezirezortní a komplexní podporu při naplňování potřeb a hájení zájmů. Propojení aktérů, kteří někdy působí vedle sebe, do jedné sítě multidisciplinární praxe a aktivity podporující ohrožené rodiny přímo, povede k rychlejší a efektivnější podpoře rodiny. (Czech)

The project focuses on supporting multidisciplinary work with endangered children and their families in Brno. Setting up an interdisciplinary team for endangered children in combination with other support processes and activities will enable these children and families to support inter-ministerial and comprehensive support in meeting needs and defending interests. Linking actors who sometimes work alongside each other into one network of multidisciplinary practices and activities supporting endangered families directly will lead to faster and more effective support for the family. Le projet vise à soutenir le travail multidisciplinaire auprès des enfants vulnérables et de leurs familles à Brno. La mise en place d’une équipe interdisciplinaire pour les enfants à risque, combinée à d’autres processus et activités d’appui, permettra à ces enfants et à leurs familles de fournir un appui interministériel et complet pour répondre aux besoins et défendre les intérêts. La mise en réseau d’acteurs qui agissent parfois côte à côte au sein d’un réseau de pratiques et d’activités multidisciplinaires soutenant directement les familles vulnérables conduira à un soutien familial plus rapide et plus efficace. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Unterstützung multidisziplinärer Arbeit mit gefährdeten Kindern und ihren Familien in Brünn. Die Einrichtung eines interdisziplinären Teams für gefährdete Kinder in Verbindung mit anderen Unterstützungsprozessen und -aktivitäten wird es diesen Kindern und Familien ermöglichen, interministerielle und umfassende Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung von Bedürfnissen und Interessenvertretungen zu leisten. Die Verknüpfung von Akteuren, die manchmal Seite an Seite mit einem Netzwerk multidisziplinärer Praktiken und Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung schutzbedürftiger Familien direkt agieren, wird zu einer schnelleren und wirksameren Familienunterstützung führen. Het project richt zich op het ondersteunen van multidisciplinair werk met kwetsbare kinderen en hun gezinnen in Brno. De oprichting van een interdisciplinair team voor risicokinderen, in combinatie met andere ondersteunende processen en activiteiten, zal deze kinderen en gezinnen in staat stellen interministeriële en alomvattende ondersteuning te bieden om tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften en belangenbehartiging. Het verbinden van actoren die soms naast elkaar optreden in één netwerk van multidisciplinaire praktijken en activiteiten ter ondersteuning van kwetsbare gezinnen, zal leiden tot snellere en effectievere gezinsondersteuning. Il progetto si concentra sul sostegno al lavoro multidisciplinare con i bambini vulnerabili e le loro famiglie a Brno. La creazione di una squadra interdisciplinare per i bambini a rischio, unita ad altri processi e attività di supporto, consentirà a questi bambini e famiglie di fornire un sostegno interministeriale e completo per soddisfare le esigenze e la difesa degli interessi. Collegare gli attori che a volte agiscono fianco a fianco in un'unica rete di pratiche e attività multidisciplinari a sostegno diretto delle famiglie vulnerabili porterà a un sostegno familiare più rapido ed efficace. El proyecto se centra en apoyar el trabajo multidisciplinario con niños vulnerables y sus familias en Brno. El establecimiento de un equipo interdisciplinario para los niños en situación de riesgo, combinado con otros procesos y actividades de apoyo, permitirá a esos niños y familias prestar apoyo interministerial e integral para satisfacer las necesidades y promover los intereses. Conectar a los agentes que a veces actúan codo a codo en una red de prácticas y actividades multidisciplinarias de apoyo directo a las familias vulnerables dará lugar a un apoyo familiar más rápido y eficaz.
