Изпълнението на дейностите на пилотния демонстрационен проект ще допринесат към прилагането на модели за кръгова икономика и предоставяне на потребителски ориентирана информация и данни за практическите възможности за предотвратяване образуването на битови отпадъци и подготовката за повторно използване и/или рециклиране на битови отпадъчни материали. Изграждането на пилотен демонстрационен модел за кръгова икономика за нуждите на управлението на отпадъците, обединява пространствени и непространствени данни от различни източници и осигурява лесен достъп чрез ресурсите на глобалната мрежа. Пилотният демонстрационен модел ще е потребителски ориентиран и ще позволява извършване на справки и анализи. Тази функционалност значително ще подобри координацията, както между отделните ползватели, така и между отделните целеви групи.Пилотният демонстрационен проект предвижда да обхване територията на гр. София, Столична община, заедно с кварталите – Суходол, Филиповци и Требич, които са в строителните граници на града, но са териториално отделени. При определяне на мястото за изпълнение на пилотния демонстрационен модел за кръгова икономика е взета под внимание неговата многопластова и многостранна структура, съдържаща следните основни компоненти: човешки капитал, насищане и достъп до пазара, финансов капитал, дигитални технологии, добра регулаторна среда и добро управление. The implementation of the activities of the pilot demonstration project will contribute to the implementation of circular economy models and the provision of consumer-oriented information and data on practical options for the prevention of municipal waste generation and the preparation for re-use and/or recycling of household waste materials. Building a pilot circular economy demonstration model for waste management, brings together spatial and non-spatial data from different sources and provides easy access through global network resources. The pilot demonstration model will be user-oriented and allow for consultation and analysis. This functionality will significantly improve coordination, both between users and between different target groups. The pilot demonstration project foresees to cover the territory of Sofia, Sofia Municipality, along with the districts — Suhodol, Filipovtsi and Trebić, which are within the city’s construction boundaries but are territorially separated. When determining the venue for the implementation of the pilot demonstration model for a circular economy, its multi-layered and multi-faceted structure containing the following main components has been taken into account: human capital, saturation and market access, financial capital, digital technologies, a good regulatory environment and good governance. La mise en œuvre des activités du projet pilote de démonstration contribuera à la mise en œuvre de modèles d’économie circulaire et à la fourniture d’informations et de données axées sur les consommateurs sur les options pratiques pour la prévention de la production de déchets municipaux et la préparation en vue du réemploi et/ou du recyclage des déchets ménagers. Élaborer un modèle pilote de démonstration de l’économie circulaire pour la gestion des déchets, rassembler des données spatiales et non spatiales provenant de différentes sources et faciliter l’accès grâce aux ressources du réseau mondial. Le modèle pilote de démonstration sera orienté vers l’utilisateur et permettra la consultation et l’analyse. Le projet pilote de démonstration prévoit de couvrir le territoire de Sofia, municipalité de Sofia, ainsi que les districts — Suhodol, Filipovtsi et Trebić, qui se situent à l’intérieur des limites de la ville mais sont territorialement séparés. Lors de la détermination du lieu de mise en œuvre du modèle pilote de démonstration en faveur d’une économie circulaire, sa structure multicouches et à multiples facettes contenant les principaux éléments suivants a été prise en compte: capital humain, saturation et accès au marché, capital financier, technologies numériques, bon environnement réglementaire et bonne gouvernance. Die Durchführung der Tätigkeiten des Pilotprojekts wird zur Umsetzung von Kreislaufwirtschaftsmodellen und zur Bereitstellung verbraucherorientierter Informationen und Daten über praktische Optionen zur Vermeidung der Erzeugung von Siedlungsabfällen und zur Vorbereitung zur Wiederverwendung und/oder Wiederverwertung von Haushaltsabfällen beitragen. Der Aufbau eines Pilotmodells für die Demonstration der Kreislaufwirtschaft für die Abfallbewirtschaftung, die räumliche und nicht-räumliche Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen zusammenführt und einen einfachen Zugang über globale Netzwerkressourcen ermöglicht. Das Modell der Pilotdemonstration wird nutzerorientiert sein und eine Konsultation und Analyse ermöglichen. Diese Funktionalität wird die Koordination sowohl zwischen den Nutzern als auch zwischen den verschiedenen Zielgruppen erheblich verbessern. Das Pilotprojekt sieht vor, das Gebiet von Sofia, der Stadt Sofia, zusammen mit den Bezirken Suhodol, Filipovtsi und Trebić zu erfassen, die sich innerhalb der Baugrenzen der Stadt befinden, aber räumlich voneinander getrennt sind. Bei der Bestimmung des Ortes für die Umsetzung des Pilot-Demonstrationsmodells für eine Kreislaufwirtschaft wurde seine vielschichtige und vielschichtige Struktur mit folgenden Hauptkomponenten berücksichtigt: Humankapital, Sättigung und Marktzugang, Finanzkapital, digitale Technologien, ein gutes Regulierungsumfeld und verantwortungsvolle Staatsführung. De uitvoering van de activiteiten van het proefproject zal bijdragen tot de uitvoering van modellen voor de circulaire economie en de verstrekking van consumentengerichte informatie en gegevens over praktische opties voor de preventie van de productie van stedelijk afval en de voorbereiding voor hergebruik en/of recycling van huishoudelijk afval. Het bouwen van een proefmodel voor demonstratie van de circulaire economie voor afvalbeheer, brengt ruimtelijke en niet-ruimtelijke gegevens uit verschillende bronnen samen en biedt gemakkelijke toegang via wereldwijde netwerkbronnen. Het model voor proefdemonstratie zal gebruikersgericht zijn en raadpleging en analyse mogelijk maken. Deze functionaliteit zal de coördinatie aanzienlijk verbeteren, zowel tussen gebruikers als tussen verschillende doelgroepen. Het proefproject voorziet in het gebied van Sofia, de gemeente Sofia, samen met de districten — Suhodol, Filipovtsi en Trebić, die zich binnen de bouwgrenzen van de stad bevinden, maar territoriaal gescheiden zijn. Bij het bepalen van de plaats voor de uitvoering van het proefdemonstratiemodel voor een circulaire economie is rekening gehouden met de meerlagige en veelzijdige structuur die de volgende hoofdcomponenten bevat: menselijk kapitaal, verzadiging en markttoegang, financieel kapitaal, digitale technologieën, een goed regelgevingskader en goed bestuur. L'attuazione delle attività del progetto pilota dimostrativo contribuirà all'attuazione di modelli di economia circolare e alla fornitura di informazioni e dati orientati ai consumatori sulle opzioni pratiche per la prevenzione della produzione di rifiuti urbani e la preparazione per il riutilizzo e/o il riciclaggio dei rifiuti domestici. La creazione di un modello pilota di dimostrazione dell'economia circolare per la gestione dei rifiuti, riunisce dati spaziali e non territoriali provenienti da fonti diverse e consente un facile accesso attraverso le risorse di rete globali. Il modello dimostrativo pilota sarà orientato all'utente e consentirà la consultazione e l'analisi. Il progetto pilota di dimostrazione prevede di coprire il territorio di Sofia, Comune di Sofia, insieme ai distretti — Suhodol, Filipovtsi e Trebić, che si trovano all'interno dei confini edilizi della città ma sono separati territorialmente. Nel determinare il luogo di attuazione del modello dimostrativo pilota per un'economia circolare, si è tenuto conto della sua struttura multistrato e sfaccettata contenente i seguenti componenti principali: capitale umano, saturazione e accesso al mercato, capitale finanziario, tecnologie digitali, buon contesto normativo e buon governo. La ejecución de las actividades del proyecto piloto de demostración contribuirá a la aplicación de modelos de economía circular y al suministro de información y datos orientados al consumidor sobre opciones prácticas para la prevención de la generación de residuos municipales y la preparación para la reutilización o el reciclado de materiales de residuos domésticos. La construcción de un modelo piloto de demostración de la economía circular para la gestión de residuos reúne datos espaciales y no espaciales de diferentes fuentes y proporciona un fácil acceso a través de los recursos de la red mundial. El modelo piloto de demostración estará orientado al usuario y permitirá la consulta y el análisis. El proyecto piloto de demostración prevé cubrir el territorio de Sofía, el municipio de Sofía, junto con los distritos de Suhodol, Filipovtsi y Trebić, que se encuentran dentro de los límites de la construcción de la ciudad pero están separados territorialmente. Al determinar el lugar de aplicación del modelo piloto de demostración para una economía circular, se ha tenido en cuenta su estructura multicapa y multifacética que contiene los siguientes componentes principales: capital humano, saturación y acceso a los mercados, capital financiero, tecnologías digitales, un buen entorno normativo y buena gobernanza.
