Le projet de Vecteur permet à des personnes en difficulté de s'engager dans une démarche de création / reprise d'entreprise. L' accompagnement répond à 3 objectifs opérationnels : apporter une réponse rapide sur la faisabilité d'un projet avec une réorientation de la personne vers l'emploi, proposer un accompagnement au montage du projet et le suivi des différentes démarches en liaison avec nos différents partenaires, apporter un appui moral et technique aux nouveaux chefs d'entreprise. The Vector project allows people in difficulty to engage in a business creation/taking approach. Support meets 3 operational objectives: to provide a quick answer on the feasibility of a project with a reorientation of the person towards employment, to offer support to the assembly of the project and the follow-up of the various steps in liaison with our different partners, and to provide moral and technical support to the new entrepreneurs. Das Projekt von Vector ermöglicht es Menschen in Schwierigkeiten, sich an einer Unternehmensgründung/-übernahme zu beteiligen. Die Begleitung dient drei operativen Zielen: schnelle Antwort auf die Machbarkeit eines Projekts mit einer Neuorientierung der Person in den Arbeitsmarkt, Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung des Projekts und Begleitung der verschiedenen Schritte in Verbindung mit unseren verschiedenen Partnern, Bereitstellung moralischer und technischer Unterstützung für neue Unternehmer. Il progetto Vector consente alle persone in difficoltà di impegnarsi in un approccio alla creazione/assunzione di imprese. Il sostegno risponde a 3 obiettivi operativi: fornire una risposta rapida sulla fattibilità di un progetto con un riorientamento della persona verso l'occupazione, offrire sostegno all'assemblaggio del progetto e al follow-up delle varie fasi in collegamento con i nostri diversi partner, e fornire supporto morale e tecnico ai nuovi imprenditori. El proyecto Vector permite a las personas en dificultades participar en un enfoque de creación y toma de empresas.
