2018. januárban Fórumot tartunk minden érintett részére a folyamatos tájékoztatás érdekében Információs pont kerül kialakítása mindhárom településen. Az interjúkat készítő közösség kiválasztása január végére megtörténik, februárra pedig a felkészítésük, az Interjúk elindulnak. Az elkészült interjúkból és a bevont szakemberek és a mentor segítségével meghatározásra kerülnek a résztvevő közösségek igényei a helyi közösségi élettel, aktivitásokkal kapcsolatban. Ez alapján pontosításra kerül a Helyi cselekvési terv. Ebből a munkafolyamatból fog véglegesedni, hogy milyen képzést, képzéseket kell kifejleszteni, megtartani. Ekkora fog az is kiderülni, hogy a tervezett közösségi programok megvalósításában kikre lehet operatívan is számítani, „központi mag” felállása. A helyi cselekvési tervben az is megfogalmazásra kerül, hogy van-e olyan hiányterület a helyi közösségi életben, amire szükséges lenne egy, vagy több új civil szervezetet létrehozni. Honlapfejlesztés és akadálymentesítés. Az eddigi eredmények teljes közösséggel való megismertetése, valamint a Meglévő értékeink bemutatása, a közösségi tevékenységek történeti feltárása jegyében nagyszabású családi nap keretében. Cél: a projektben részt vevő települések minden korosztályának megszólítása (felnőtt, gyermek, ifjúsági), a meglévő kulturális, gazdasági, gasztronómiai értékeink bemutatása (Helyszín: Mezőörs szabadtér és zárt tér) A rendezvény keretében Fórum további lépések, ötletek, irányok, Helyi cselekvési terv ismertetése Áprilisban megkezdődik a Képzések előkészítése a közösségfejlesztési folyamat kulcs- résztvevői számára Tervezett képzések: Néprajzkutatás módszertana képzés, egy napos, 8 órás képzés, elsősorban a helytörténeti munkacsoport részére, hogy a módszertani útmutató alapján vázolt feladatoknak a leginkább meg tudjanak felelni. Ezt a képzést a konzorciumi tagok, időről- időre szükségesnek tartják a program befejezése után is önkénteseknek megtartani. Gazdasági szereplők képzése a települések kulcsszereplőinek kommunikációs képzése, cél a hatékony együttműködés Munkacsoportok kerülnek kialakításra, ahol a munkacsoportok vezetői a konzorciumi delegált szakemberekből és a program vezetőiből állnak fel. Feláll a közösségi tevékenységek történeti feltárása munkacsoport. A kutatásban részt vevő közösségbe delegálva lesznek a helyi szakemberek (tanárok, néprajzkutató) is. A kutatási módszertanok egyeztetése, a kutatásban részt vevő helyi közösség csoportjainak felépítése, azaz a munkacsoport szervezeti és működési alapelvei is rögzítésre kerülnek. Májusban elindul a kutatómunka. Feláll a közösségi tevékenységek munkacsoport, és megkezdi a módszertani útmutató és a mentor segítsége alapján a munkacsoport működési rendjének és feladatleosztásának meghatározását. Elkezdődik az első szomszéd ünnepek és a közösségi térkép előkészítése. A helyi erőforrás munkacsoport és a helytörténeti munkacsoport is felállításra kerül. A következő teljes közösséget érintő program a helyi gazdasági konferencia lesz, nemzetközi tekintélyű hazai gazdasági szakemberek előadásaival is. A rendezvény célja, a helyi kisközösségek és az ezekre épülő vállalkozások szerepének, közösség megtartó erejének bemutatása, a helyi, konkrét példák alapján továbblépési, fejlesztési lehetőségek alternatíváinak ismertetése.
