A VA Elektronika Zrt termékei rendelkeznek európai tanúsító intézetek vizsgálatával, minőségük megfelel a nemzetközi piac követelményeinek. Ezt garantálja az 1994 óta az ISO 9001 szabvány szerint működő minőségirányítási-, az 1999. évben bevezetett ISO 14001 szabvány szerinti környezetirányítási rendszerünk. A VA Elektronika egy teljes egészében magyar magántulajdonban lévő innovatív vállalkozás, mely saját műszaki fejlesztő kapacitással, szerszámgyártó részleggel és gyártóbázissal rendelkezik. A cég fő tevékenysége villamos vezérlőáramköri és háztartási célú alkatrészek, elektromos kapcsolók, nyomógombok, jelzőlámpák gyártása. Termékeink között megtalálhatóak a régebbi gyártmányaink modernizált változatai mellett, a fejlesztő részlegünk által megálmodott modern kapcsolók is. Gyártóeszközeink jobb kihasználásának érdekében több a magyar-, és a nemzetközi piacon is jelen lévő cégnek végzünk alkatrészgyártást. Különböző gépeken, gépsorokon, főként színesfém-, és vasszalag alapanyagok felhasználásával gyártunk fém alkatrészeket, kontaktusokat. Fröccsöntő műhelyünkben saját műanyag alkatrészeink előállítása mellett gyártunk partnereinknek alkatrészeket, legyen az elektromos alkatrész, vagy más rendeltetésű termék. Társaságunk célja, hogy munkaerő bővítés történjen. Mivel a 2020. január 24-ei 15/2018. (II.13.) Kormányzati rendelet értelmében Mezőtúr települése hátrányos területek közé sorolandó. A potenciális munkaerő-tartalék az ország nem ezen régiójában helyezkedik el, hanem azon fejlettem országrészekben, mint például az ország észak-északkeleti területein. A probléma kialakulásának az oka a szabad munkaerő áramlásával, azaz a külföldre távozó munkaerővel Cégünk hátrányos helyzetbe került 2004 óta, mióta csatlakoztunk az Európai Unióhoz. Az idei éveben nagyon pozitívan fogadtuk, hogy a GINOP-5.3.12-19 es Foglalkoztatásbővítés ösztönzése programjukkal segíteni próbálnak azon cégeknek, mint amilyenek Mi is vagyunk. Ezzel a mentőövvel ki sikerülne küszöbölni a kialakult stagnáló helyzetünket. Megerősödve más vállalkozásokhoz képes lehetségessé válna versenyképessé válnunk ebben a vállalkozási szférában. Korábbi fejlesztéseinket pedig nagyobb teljesítménnyel kihasználni lennénk képesek, melynek bevezetésével javultak a fröccsöntött alkatrészeink, és ez által gyártott termékeink minőségi színvonala is. Ezzel stabilabbá tettük pozíciónkat mind a kapcsológyártás, mind a műanyag alkatrészgyártás területén, belföldön és külföldön egyaránt. A korábbi fejlesztéssel a műanyag fröccsöntő műhelyünk költséghatékonyabb működése, valamint az előállított termékek magasabb minőségi színvonala lehetőséget biztosított számunkra új piaci területek meghódítására és a meglévő partnereinknél lévő helyzetünk erősítésére. Több partnerünkkel is előrehaladott tárgyalások folynak újabb termékek, termékcsoportok a VA Elektronika Zrt. által történő gyártására. Jelen fejlesztés megvalósításával Társaságunk egy meglévő létesítmény termékkínálatának a létesítményben addig nem gyártott termékekkel történő bővítését éri el oly módon, hogy az előállított termékek mennyiségi növekedése mellett javuljon azok minősége, növekedjen a termelés hatékonysága és mindezek mellett csökkenjen a felhasznált energia mennyisége is. Ehhez pedig megfelelő mennyiségű munkaerőre is szükségünk van azáltal, hogy a növeljük a minőség mellett a mennyiségi paramétereket. A fejlesztést a VA Elektronika Zrt. a mezőtúri telephelyén, szabad vállalkozási zónában valósítja meg. A foglalkoztatásbővítés ösztönzés megvalósíthatóságának biztosítéka, hogy a VA Elektronika Zrt. több mint 40 éve végez műanyag feldolgozást, munkatársaink megfelelő tudással, tapasztalattal bírnak a témakörben, többen részt vettek különböző műanyag feldolgozást segítő tanfolyamokon, képzéseken. Új termék előállítására a társaság beruház új fröccsöntő szerszámra, amely segítségével képessé válik a meglévő fröccsöntő gépeken új termékek előállítására. Ehhez 15 fő munkavállalót szeretnénk teljes munkaidőben foglalkoztatni társaságunk Mezőtúr, Fóti u. 89. alatti gyárunkban. A gyár tökéletesen alkalmas arra, hogy a megnövekedett létszámot kiszolgálja, lévén a korábbi időszakban a jelenlegi létszám duplája is dolgozott. A létszámbővítéssel az elmúlt évek csökkenő trendjét megszakíthatnánk és újra növekedő pályára állíthatnánk a társaságot. A iparban nagy szükség van az olcsón, de minőségi gépekkel jó minőségű termékekeket előállító cégekre, amilyen a VA Elektronika Zrt. is. (Hungarian)

The products of VA Elektronika Zrt have been tested by European certification institutes and their quality meets the requirements of the international market. This is guaranteed by our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 since 1994 and the ISO 14001 standard introduced in 1999. VA Electronics is a completely Hungarian privately owned innovative company with its own technical development capacity, tool manufacturing department and production base. The company’s main activity is the production of electrical control circuit and household components, electrical switches, push buttons, signal lights. Our products include modernised versions of our older products, as well as modern switches dreamed of by our development department. In order to make better use of our production tools, we manufacture parts for more Hungarian and international companies. We produce metal parts and contacts on various machines, production lines, mainly using non-ferrous metal and iron strip materials. In our injection moulding workshop, besides the production of our own plastic parts, we produce parts for our partners, be it electrical parts or products for other purposes. The aim of our company is to expand the workforce. Whereas the date of 24 January 2020 was 15/2018. (II.13.) According to Government Decrees, the municipality of Mezőtúr is to be classified as disadvantaged areas. Potential labour reserves are not located in this region of the country, but in those parts of my developed countries, such as the north-north-eastern parts of the country. The reason for this problem is the free movement of labour, i.e. the labour force leaving abroad. Our company has been at a disadvantage since 2004 since we joined the European Union. This year we welcomed very positively that the GINOP-5.3.12-19 employment expansion programme is trying to help companies like us. With this lifeline, we'll be able to eliminate our stagnating situation. Strengthening it would enable us to become competitive with other businesses in this business sphere. And we would be able to take advantage of our previous developments with greater performance, with the introduction of which has improved our injection moulded parts and the quality of our products produced by it. This has made our position more stable both in switch manufacturing and plastic parts production, both domestically and abroad. With the previous development, the more cost-effective operation of our plastic injection moulding workshop and the higher quality of the products produced gave us the opportunity to conquer new market areas and strengthen our position in our existing partners. There are advanced negotiations with several of our partners for the production of new products and product groups by VA Elektronika Zrt. By implementing the present development, our Company achieves the expansion of the product range of an existing facility with products not yet produced in the facility, in such a way as to improve the quality of the products produced, increase the efficiency of production and reduce the amount of energy used. In order to do this, we also need a sufficient amount of labour by increasing quantitative parameters in addition to quality. The development is carried out by VA Elektronika Zrt. at its site in Fieldtúr, in a free business zone. The guarantee of the feasibility of promoting employment expansion is that VA Elektronika Zrt. has been processing plastics for more than 40 years, our staff have the right knowledge and experience in the field, and many have participated in various plastic processing courses and trainings. To produce a new product, the company invests in a new injection molding tool to enable it to produce new products on existing injection moulding machines. For this we would like to employ 15 employees full-time in our factory at Mezőtúr, Fóti u. 89. The factory is perfectly suited to serve the increased number of employees, since in the previous period it worked twice the current number of employees. With the increase in staff, we could break the downward trend of recent years and put the company back on a growing path. Les produits de VA Elektronika Zrt ont été testés par des instituts européens de certification et leur qualité répond aux exigences du marché international. Cela est garanti par notre système de gestion de la qualité conformément à la norme ISO 9001 depuis 1994 et à la norme ISO 14001 introduite en 1999. VA Electronics est une entreprise privée d’innovation entièrement hongroise, dotée de sa propre capacité de développement technique, de son département de fabrication d’outils et de sa base de production. L’activité principale de l’entreprise est la production de circuits de commande électrique et de composants ménagers, d’interrupteurs électriques, de boutons-poussoirs, de feux de signalisation. Nos produits comprennent des versions modernisées de nos produits plus anciens, ainsi que des commutateurs modernes rêvés par notre département de développement. Afin de mieux utiliser nos outils de production, nous fabriquons des pièces pour plus d’entreprises hongroises et internationales. Nous produisons des pièces métalliques et des contacts sur diverses machines, lignes de production, principalement à l’aide de métaux non ferreux et de matériaux de bandes de fer. Dans notre atelier de moulage par injection, outre la production de nos propres pièces en plastique, nous produisons des pièces pour nos partenaires, qu’il s’agisse de pièces électriques ou de produits à d’autres fins. L’objectif de notre entreprise est d’accroître la main-d’œuvre. Considérant que la date du 24 janvier 2020 était le 15/2018. (II.13.) Selon les décrets gouvernementaux, la municipalité de Mezőtúr doit être classée comme zones défavorisées. Les réserves de main-d’œuvre potentielles ne se trouvent pas dans cette région du pays, mais dans les régions de mes pays développés, comme le nord-nord-est du pays. La raison de ce problème est la libre circulation des travailleurs, c’est-à-dire la main-d’œuvre qui quitte l’étranger. Notre entreprise est désavantagée depuis 2004 depuis notre adhésion à l’Union européenne. Cette année, nous avons accueilli favorablement le fait que le programme d’expansion de l’emploi GINOP-5.3.12-19 tente d’aider des entreprises comme nous. Avec cette ligne de sauvetage, nous serons en mesure d’éliminer notre situation stagnante. Son renforcement nous permettrait de devenir compétitifs par rapport à d’autres entreprises dans ce domaine d’activité. Et nous serions en mesure de profiter de nos développements précédents avec plus de performances, avec l’introduction de qui a amélioré nos pièces moulées par injection et la qualité de nos produits fabriqués par elle. Cela a rendu notre position plus stable tant dans la fabrication de commutateurs que dans la production de pièces en plastique, tant au pays qu’à l’étranger. Avec le développement précédent, le fonctionnement plus rentable de notre atelier de moulage par injection plastique et la meilleure qualité des produits produits nous ont donné l’occasion de conquérir de nouveaux marchés et de renforcer notre position dans nos partenaires existants. Il y a des négociations avancées avec plusieurs de nos partenaires pour la production de nouveaux produits et groupes de produits par VA Elektronika Zrt. En mettant en œuvre le présent développement, notre société réalise l’expansion de la gamme de produits d’une installation existante avec des produits non encore produits dans l’installation, de manière à améliorer la qualité des produits produits, à accroître l’efficacité de la production et à réduire la quantité d’énergie utilisée. Pour ce faire, nous avons également besoin d’une main-d’œuvre suffisante en augmentant les paramètres quantitatifs en plus de la qualité. Le développement est réalisé par VA Elektronika Zrt. sur son site de Fieldtúr, dans une zone d’affaires libre. La garantie de la faisabilité de la promotion de l’expansion de l’emploi est que VA Elektronika Zrt. traite les plastiques depuis plus de 40 ans, que notre personnel a les bonnes connaissances et l’expérience dans le domaine, et beaucoup ont participé à divers cours et formations de traitement des plastiques. Pour produire un nouveau produit, l’entreprise investit dans un nouvel outil de moulage par injection pour lui permettre de produire de nouveaux produits sur des machines de moulage par injection existantes. Pour cela, nous souhaitons employer 15 employés à temps plein dans notre usine de Mezőtúr, Fóti u. 89. L’usine est parfaitement adaptée pour servir le nombre croissant d’employés, puisqu’au cours de la période précédente, elle a travaillé deux fois plus que le nombre actuel d’employés. Avec l’augmentation du personnel, nous pourrions briser la tendance à la baisse de ces dernières années et remettre l’entreprise sur une trajectoire de croissance. Dans l’industrie, il y a un grand besoin pour les entreprises produisant des produits de haute qualité avec des machines bon marché mais de haute qualité, comme VA Elektronika Zrt. (French)
