BESZERZÉS. LOGISZTIKA TERÜLET Lánc bérlet modul Az általunk kiválasztott bérlet típus vagy típusok folyamatos (lejárat előtti hosszabbítás) megvásárlása kedvezményt biztosít a vendég részére, mely kedvezményt az erre jogosult személy szabja meg, eladáskor a szoftver automatikusan és felülírhatatlanul adja. (A felűlírást az arra jogosult személy elvégezheti.) A kedvezményről SMS, e-mail értesítést (emlékeztetőt) küldhetünk a vendégeknek. Megfigyelt tény, hogy bérlet(ek) lejáratát követően a vendég csak akkor vásárolja meg a következőt, amikor legközelebb jön. Ez általánosságban 3 nap kihagyást jelent. Azaz, havi bérlet esetén 12(hónap)*3(nap), vagyis éves szinten több mint egy hónapig nincs bérlete. Ezzel a modullal ez a szám 0 napra redukálható. 2.Hűség díjazása: A rendszeresen járó vendégeknek kedvezményt biztosítunk. 3.Áremelési formulaként használható, amennyiben az eddigi havi bérlet árunkat tekintjük innentől a lánc árnak (hűség árnak). Csoportos óra modul Órarend létrehozása a szoftveren belül, amellyel kezelhetjük a helyiségeket (kezdés és vég időpont, maximális létszám), a foglalási modul automatikus feltöltést képes biztosítani a weboldalra. Továbbá teljesítési igazolás készítése, melyet akár e-mailen keresztül ki is küld az illetékes edzőnek. Nyereség számítás: az adott óra mennyibe került a terem részéről, mekkora bevételt hozott. Idő megspórolási szempontból: ciklikusan (pl. hetente) változó órarend esetén másolás funkcióval mindössze 1 alkalommal kell megcsinálni az órarendet, ezt követően csak másolnunk kell azt. Teljesítési igazolás azonnali lekérése. Az edzővel történt megegyezésünk beállítható a rendszerben (sávos, fix, stb.), ez alapján elszámolást tudunk lekérni az adott edző bérével kapcsolatba. Vendég elégedettség szempontjából: Beaállítható az adott órára a létszám maximum, így nem fordulhat elő, hogy az a edző már nem tud eszközt biztosítani, esetleg túlszűk a hely a vendég számára. (Foglalási rendszerrel tovább finomítható). Kinyerhető az egyes vendégeknél mikor, melyik órákon vettek részt. Bevétel szempontjából: A nyereség számításának köszönhetően látjuk, hogy az adott óra mekkora profitot termelt, illetve azt is, ha az egyik óra mínuszos. Céges bérlet modul Olyan csoportok kezelés megállapodástól függetlenül, ahol előre meghatározott taglista áll rendelkezésre. Ezen kimutatások azonnali kigyűjtése, valamint továbbítása az csoport illetékese felé. Versenyhelyzeti előny: Egyedileg minden egyes csoporthoz beállíthatjuk az elszámolást. Így tárgyalásunknál a csoport vezetőjénél előnyt élvezhetünk, hiszen akár fényképpel tudunk neki az időszak (pl. hónap) végén elszámolást küldeni a belépésekről (személyre lebontva). Hatékonyság: File-ból történő betöltésnek köszönhetően pár perc alatt akár több ezer fős taglistát tudunk betölteni a szoftverbe, ezen listák frissítését szintén ugyanígy elvégezhetjük. Bármilyen konstrukcióról is legyen szó azonnal kitudjuk nyerni tagokra lebontva a belépéseket. (Hungarian)
