Kapacitás bővítés bemutatása, termék- és szolgáltatás fejlesztési képesség megteremtésének és bővítésének bemutatása: A vállalkozás célja egy megmunkáló központ beszerzése, amivel lehetősége nyílik arra, hogy a megrendelt egyedi gépek legyártásához szükséges alapanyagokat, részeket saját maga készítse el, alvállalkozó igénybevétele nélkül. A CNC vezérelt gép egyértelműen hozzájárul a termelési kapacitás bővítéséhez, hiszen adott munkafolyamat elvégzését adott, szükséges időben tudja megvalósítani, nem kell 4-6 hetes várakozási időt kalkulálni a beszállításokkal. A saját termelés ugyanakkor a termék minőségét is javítja, minden esetben az adott igénynek legtökéletesebben megfelelő megoldás alkalmazására kerül sor. A gyártás és szállítás ideje is rövidülhet, így a szolgáltatási színvonal javulására is pozitív hatással lesz a beruházás. A projekt előkészítéseként megtörtént a releváns piac felmérése, a megrendelői igények összegzése. Sor került az elérhető legjobb technológia felkutatására és potenciális szállítókkal történő egyeztetések is lezajlottak, kiválasztásra került a megfelelő gép. A kiválasztást megelőzte a gyártási költségek kalkulációja, ennek vonatkozásában a versenytársak vizsgálata. Mindez együttesen alapozta meg a fejlesztési igény jogosságát és előrevetíti annak megvalósítását követő megtérülését. Projekt lépései, legfontosabb tevékenységek: A beruházás az alábbi TEÁOR szám alatti, jelenleg is végzett termelő tevékenység fejlesztésére irányul: 2899'08 M. n. s. egyéb speciális gép gyártása A pályázati támogatás felhasználásával az alábbi fejlesztés megvalósítása tervezett: EmL-610B CNC megmunkáló központ beszerzése A beruházás nettó összköltsége 19.991.410 Ft, a támogatás (45%) 8.996.135 Ft. The CNC-controlled machine clearly contributes to the expansion of production capacity, since it can carry out a given workflow in a given time, it does not have to calculate a waiting time of 4-6 weeks with the deliveries. At the same time, own production also improves the quality of the product, and in any case the solution is best suited to the specific needs. The time of production and delivery may also be shortened, so the investment will also have a positive impact on the improvement of service standards. In preparation for the project, the relevant market was assessed and the customer’s needs were summarised. The best available technology has been searched and consultations with potential suppliers have been carried out, and the right machine has been selected. The selection was preceded by the calculation of the cost of production and, in this respect, the examination of competitors. All this together established the legitimacy of the development claim and foresees its recovery after its realisation. Présentation de l’expansion des capacités, du développement des produits et des services et de la création et de l’expansion des capacités: L’objectif de l’entreprise est d’acquérir un centre d’usinage, avec lequel il est possible de réaliser les matières premières et les pièces nécessaires à la production des machines individuelles commandées elle-même, sans l’utilisation d’un sous-traitant. La machine commandée par CNC contribue clairement à l’expansion de la capacité de production, puisqu’elle peut effectuer un flux de travail donné dans un temps donné, elle n’a pas à calculer un délai d’attente de 4-6 semaines avec les livraisons. Dans le même temps, la production propre améliore également la qualité du produit et, en tout état de cause, la solution est la mieux adaptée aux besoins spécifiques. Les délais de production et de livraison peuvent également être raccourcis, de sorte que l’investissement aura également une incidence positive sur l’amélioration des normes de service. En préparation du projet, le marché en cause a été évalué et les besoins du client ont été résumés. La meilleure technologie disponible a été recherchée et des consultations avec des fournisseurs potentiels ont été menées, et la bonne machine a été sélectionnée. Präsentation von Kapazitätserweiterung, Produkt- und Dienstleistungsentwicklung Kapazitätserstellung und -erweiterung: Ziel des Unternehmens ist es, ein Bearbeitungszentrum zu erwerben, mit dem die für die Produktion der bestellten Einzelmaschinen notwendigen Rohstoffe und Teile ohne Einsatz eines Subunternehmers selbst hergestellt werden können. Die CNC-gesteuerte Maschine trägt eindeutig zur Erweiterung der Produktionskapazität bei, da sie einen vorgegebenen Workflow in einer bestimmten Zeit durchführen kann, muss sie mit den Lieferungen keine Wartezeit von 4-6 Wochen berechnen. Gleichzeitig verbessert die eigene Produktion auch die Qualität des Produkts, und in jedem Fall ist die Lösung am besten auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Die Produktions- und Lieferfrist kann ebenfalls verkürzt werden, so dass sich die Investition auch positiv auf die Verbesserung der Servicestandards auswirken wird. In Vorbereitung auf das Projekt wurde der relevante Markt bewertet und der Bedarf des Kunden zusammengefasst. Die beste verfügbare Technologie wurde gesucht und Konsultationen mit potenziellen Lieferanten durchgeführt, und die richtige Maschine wurde ausgewählt.
