A síklemez helyszíni előállítása betonpumpa segítségével a legkorszerűbb és leghatékonyabb technológia. Több napnyi emberi munkát néhány órás munkafolyamattá rövidít le. SMC 80 C: Olyan csővezetékek, amelyekben a nagy nyomással mozgatott betonkeverék közvetlenül a bedolgozás helyére juttatható, akár nagy magasságokba is. A berendezés beton fogadására alkalmas tölcsérből a továbbítást biztosító szivattyúból és a gémre szerelt csővezetékből áll. A gémszerkezet több tíz méteres kinyúlást és ugyan ilyen magasságú emelést tesz lehetővé. A betonozó csövet irányítani lehet a gém billentésével és a csuklók mozgatásával. A betonpumpa teljesítménye 53-80 m3/h lehet. Az elektromos segédmotor teljesítménye 110 kW.Az új technológiájú betonpumpa segítségével beton síklemezt tudunk gyártani a beruházások helyszínén. Ezek képezik a az épületek födémjeit, így tartósságuk és megbízhatóságuk kiemelten fontos az építmények szempontjából. HP összegzés: A beszerzés révén egy a korábbinál hatékonyabb termelési technológia valósulhat meg, mely költséghatékonyabb és eredményét tekintve magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékek (síklemezek, alapelemek és alaptestek, hídlábak és betonműtárgyak) előállítását eredményezi. Magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termék a betonbedolgozás folyamata során a termék minőségével és a termelés helyszínével írható le. A beszerezni kívánt pumpa mobilizálható, így a termelés közvetlenül az építkezés helyszínén történhet. Az előállított elemek magas minőségűek, ellenállóbbak, mint a helyszíni, alapvetően kézi erővel gyártott elemek, így a termékek minőségében is jobb eredmény érhető el a pumpa segítségével. A hozzáadott érték nagyságát a szükséges technológia rendelkezésre állását biztosító tőke hozzáférhetősége, az infrastruktúra fejlettsége, és a helyi piacok kedvező sajátosságai mellett az adott piac kereslete és kínálata együtt határozza meg. Így projektünk tervezési szakaszában nagy hangsúlyt fektettünk arra, hogy a fent leírt hozzáadott értéket befolyásoló tényezőket is figyelembe vegyük a vásárolni kívánt gép tulajdonságain kívül. A pályázati támogatás elnyerése révén a hozzáadott érték nagyságát befolyásoló további két tényező is biztosított.Jelenleg beton bedolgozásával és építési betontermék gyártásával foglalkozunk. A termékeket kézi és gépi erővel, hagyományos technológiával gyártjuk.A fejlesztés eredményeként a beton síklemezek helyszíni gyártását, korszerű technológiával valósítjuk meg.A beszerzés révén a termelés az építkezés helyszínén történhet. Az exportbevételünk az éves árbevételünk 66 %-át teszi ki. A fejlesztés hatására az exportból származó bevételünk 0,5-1%-os növekedését várjuk,hiszen fejlesztésünk magas hozzáadott érték és exportnövekedési potenciállal rendelkezik.Fejlesztésünk eredményeként a helyi és nemzetközi építőipar hálózatába kapcsolódunk be, részvételünk intenzitása előreláthatóan a nemzetközi piacon 1-2 %-os intenzitással, a hazai pedig 3 %-sal növekszik. The on-site production of flat plate with the help of a concrete pump is the state of the art and the most efficient technology. It shortens several days of human work to a few hours of workflow. The equipment consists of a funnel for receiving concrete, consisting of a pump for conveyance and a pipe mounted on the boom. The boom structure allows tens of metres of projection and lifting of the same height. The concrete tube can be controlled by tilting the boom and moving the wrists. The capacity of the concrete pump shall be 53-80 m³/h. The power of the auxiliary electric motor is 110 kW. With the help of a concrete pump with the new technology, we can produce concrete flat panels at the site of the investments. They form the floors of buildings, so their durability and reliability are of paramount importance for construction. HP Summary: Through procurement, a more efficient production technology can be realised, leading to a more cost-effective and higher level of processing of products (plane panels, basic elements and bases, bridge legs and concrete works). A higher level of processing can be described by the quality of the product and the place of production during the concrete incorporation process. The pump to be purchased can be mobilised, so production can take place directly at the site of the construction site. The elements produced are of high quality, more resistant than on-site, essentially hand-made batteries, so that better results can be achieved in the quality of the products with the help of the pump. The size of the added value is determined by the availability of capital to ensure the availability of the necessary technology, the development of the infrastructure and the favourable characteristics of local markets, together with the demand and supply of that market. Thus, during the design phase of our project, we put great emphasis on taking into account the factors influencing the added value described above in addition to the characteristics of the machine we wanted to buy. Two other factors affecting the amount of added value are ensured through the award of the grant. Currently, we are involved in the incorporation of concrete and the production of construction concrete products. The products are manufactured manually and mechanically with traditional technology. As a result of the development, we implement on-site production of concrete flat panels with state-of-the-art technology. Our export revenue accounts for 66 % of our annual turnover. As a result of the development, we expect a 0.5-1 % increase in our export revenue, as our development has a high added value and export growth potential. As a result of our development, we are connected to the network of local and international construction, and the intensity of our participation in the international market is expected to increase by 1-2 % and domestic by 3 %. La production sur place de plaques plates à l’aide d’une pompe à béton est l’état de l’art et la technologie la plus efficace.
